A delightful bolt-hole in a less well known area of Venice away from the madness of St Marks! A really ‘local’ area, close to shops, amenities and landmarks including the Via Garibaldi, the Giardini (home to the Biennale arts festival), the delightful lawns and shade trees of S. Elena and the elegant tree-lined Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi. There are excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk – we recommend Tosi which is just around the corner and Nevodi on the Via Garibaldi. History lovers are well served by the superb Naval History Museum near the Arsenale which is, of course, an amazing legacy of Venetian grandeur itself. Getting around is easy – the apartment is within a short walk of the local boat stops that take you around the city, to the mainland links and out to the Lido and beyond. As for your host Annina, no praise is high enough, a delightful lady who responded to our every need and question promptly and in a friendly manner, and really made us feel at home. We’ll be back!

Everything you need within the apartment, close to Treviso central and in a really peaceful and safe neighbourhood. Absolutely would stay here again.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

This was our third stay with Adriano and as always it was fantastic. He is a great host who is responsive and always available. The location is perfect as it is on a quiet canal but easily accessible to everything Venice has to offer. Adriano set up an early morning water taxi to the airport and even met us at 6:00am to say goodbye and make sure we got off okay. The price is right, the location is great, and we think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer host. He treats us like family and the fact that we have chosen his place three times says it all. Thank you Adriano.

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la logement de Francesca. Tout était parfait : la localisation (près d'un arrêt de vaporetto), le calme du quartier, le logement avec ses deux chambres et ses deux salles de bain et de nombreuses fenêtres qui rendent l'appartement très lumineux. La literie était également très bien. Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous cherchez un endroit calme. Idéal en famille.

What an amazing host and apartment! We absolutely adored our time in Venezia and could have happily spent much more time just in and around the apartment. Sebastiano is an exemplary host, making sure to proactively check in that everything is ok, give directions for when we were arriving, and be available to immediately reply if you ever need anything. The apartment is in a lovely quiet area right in front of one of the water bus stops (S. Elena) making it a welcome rest from the bustling centre of the historic city, but also in a perfect position to get to it and the other islands with ease. Overall, this trip was amazing and we are very grateful to Sebastiano for this wonderful apartment and incredible hosting!

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

Très bon séjour dans le logement d'Elizabetta, confortable. Nous avons apprécié le calme. Il est bien situé, proche des arrêts vaporettos 5 à 10 min à pied, juste pour découvrir les très belles ruelles, et accès faciles aux sites touristiques . Elizabetta est réactive aux demandes.

Fabio est un hôte très agréable, à l’écoute et réactif. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé dans un immeuble avec beaucoup de charme. Comme prévu il a une chambre avec porte et l’autre sans et très peu de lumière. Nous étions 3 nuits avec deux enfants de 10 et 13 ans et ce logement était parfait pour nous.

We had a fantastic stay at Fabio & Manuela’s place in Venice! Fabio was incredibly friendly and full of helpful local tips that made our trip even better. The apartment was spotless and in the perfect location—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax after a day of exploring. A quick heads-up: keep those windows shut unless you want to become a mosquito buffet! Since we had to keep them closed, a fan in both rooms would’ve made it even more comfortable during the warmer nights. Overall, we loved it and would absolutely recommend staying here! Die Gastgeberin war vorab sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns in jeder Hinsicht unterstützt. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt und empfehlen es jedem, der gerne Venedig auf eigene Faust erkunden will. Abends war es etwas laut und hellhörig, wir waren am Wochenende da, morgens wird man von Möwen geweckt :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

La maison est top, propre et bien équipé. Vraiment idéal pour les grandes familles. Stefano est très sympathique et réactif. Je recommande vivement.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

Georgia est une hôte réactive et accueillante. le logement est agréable avec une ambiance cosy, fonctionnel. Celui ci était propre et bien équipé.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Es ideal para familias. Lara cuida mucho los detalles pensando en el huésped y el apartamento está impecable, muy limpio y moderno. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!
