Zu Fuß erreichst du sehr gut das gesamte Stadtzentrum mit Vierteln wie Martim Moniz, Intendente, Baixa, Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Avenida da Liberdade, Alfama oder Castelo. Das Haus liegt nur 7 Geh-Minuten entfernt von den zwei U-Bahn-Stationen Martim Moniz und Intendente sowie diversen Buslininen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und komfortabel, perfekt für Alleinreisende oder Paare. Zum Haus gehört ein kleiner, nett bepflanzter Innenhof der mitbenutzt werden kann. Ehemals ein Kunstatelier ist Marta's Haus nun ein hübscher Wohnraum und ideal um Lissabon zu erkunden und zu genießen. Es gibt einen schönen Park in der Nähe, der Campo dos Mártires da Pátria, und einen weiteren mit einer großartigen Aussicht über die Stadt, der Jardim do Torel. Außerdem findest du Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Läden und Mini-Markets, Bäckereien und Coffee-Shops, Geldautomaten, Banken, Apotheken, Post, Krankenhäuser und vieles mehr in der direkten Umgebung.
