Ferienunterkünfte mit Balkon in Grand Canal

C’est nôtre deuxième séjour chez Chiara et ce ne sera pas le dernier . Nous nous sentons comme dans une maison de famille avec son histoire car ce duplex avec sa terrasse ( Altane) donne vraiment cette impression . Commerces très bien achalandés à proximité cafés restaurants où vous rencontrez de vrais vénitiens 😊. Gare à 2 stations de vapporetto avec un arrêt très proche sans être bruyant . Susanna notre interlocutrice est très réactive et sympathique . Je confirme juste que les marches d’escaliers sont hautes . En tenir compte pour la répartition des valises . Sinon tutto bene 🇫🇷🇮🇹

Ailece çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Bayan Silvia çok ilgili ve kibar. Herhangi bir sorumuz olunca cevabımızı hemen aldık. Gece geç gelsek bile içeriye girişte problem olmadı. Yakında market ve restoranlar var. O yüzden ihtiyacınız olan herşeyi karşılayabildik. Burayı herkese tavsiye ederim. Arabayla 40 dakikada gidilen Lido di Jesolo plajı ve denizi mükemmel. Bize böyle bir tatil yaşattıkları için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Saygılarımla Ugur

The place was clean, tidy, providing according to description, the kitchen is well equipped. Neighbourhood is peaceful, but small supermarket, bakery and also restaurants are not far away on foot. The place is not so easy to find, a drawing how to get there from the closest vaporetto station would be useful. Actually it is just opposite the bell tower (but it rings only at 8am). Check-in was friendly and helpful, we got some local tips and answers to all of our questions. Overall communication was done through the company/group, what was not always helpful and a bit slow, but at the end we got all the information we needed. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Ursula was extremely friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We received great travel tips and recommendations for the local area. 🥰 The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a great bed, as well as an oven and a washing machine. The heating system works perfectly and can be controlled by the guest, which is very convenient. We would gladly stay there again! 💖

It is conveniently situated on the train and bus routes. We somehow managed to lock the keys for the apartment inside but Jelena arranged for someone to open up. Thank you.

We loved the apartment. The location is perfect, very quiet at night, close enough to visit the main attractions but in a residential area so it felt very authentic. The apartment itself was very unique, I loved hearing the boats go past in the little canal. It was very comfortable and the furnishings were very carefully chosen. Maria the Keyholder was just lovely. She helped us find the apartment and check in went smoothly. We had to pay a deposit in cash on arrival so just be prepared. It was returned to us with no problem. I would love to come back and definitely recommend this apartment.

The great thing about Cristina’s place is that it’s away from the madness of the centre while still being within walking distance. It was a relief to get back to our peaceful area after a day of the crowds! We took our 1 year old and the local playground was really handy. Lots of decent restaurants nearby too and right by the water- it is all so picturesque. We were warmly welcomed at check in. A comfortable stay for 3 nights, thank you.

Pietro was a wonderful host with a wonderful apartment right on the canal. Everything was as described and he was flexible with us arriving early, which we appreciated very much! The unit was beautiful The local recommendations were great. He helped arranged a water taxi, checked on us and even reached out about a lost and found item. Will absolutely stay again. A lovely stay at this place, the hosts were kind, helpful. House in pristine condition, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a lovely modern kitchen. You also have use of the pool, ping pong and table football which is only a 2 minute walk down a quiet country lane. The deposit of €400 was merely a protective measure incase of extreme damage, it was returned to us in full.
