the home is beautiful, super quiet, and in a great location nearby portobello road but not in the thick of it. marina was a top tier host who provided lots of specific details on the home + things to do, extras and even offered mid-week cleaning. the beds are super comfortable and with the 2 floors it gives everyone room to spread out. would highly recommend this place!

This was a lovely place to stay over the Easter holidays. Claire was a great host, and so helpful when we had an issue that we needed help with, and there was a solution the very next day. The location is perfect, just a minute or two walk from the high street and the Saturday market. Highly recommend!

Charlotte's place was a really lovely place to stay and felt really homely and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy. The free on street parking was super handy as well.

Just got back from a lovely impromptu weekend in Looe with my 2 children age 5 & 8. We found it really easily thanks to great instructions and arrived to find the cottage warm, cosy and welcoming. The location is just perfect, in a quiet area and we couldn’t stop looking out of the window at the beautiful view of the river. It’s a pleasant 10 minute walk to the main centre of town where there were so many things to see and do. The shop across the road was really handy, and parking was always easy on the quayside. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Victoria‘s home was perfect for our family. I wish we could have stayed longer. Her home was charming, cozy, clean, and included every detail needed when you are away from home. There was an excellent pub, the ostrich in, just a few steps away from her home. They had awesome food and service. We would definitely stay there again! Victoria was a very gracious host.

The space worked very well for us. The communal areas were ideal, the kitchen/diner was a good size and well equipped, the sitting room also. The balcony was great and opening the sliding door helped a lot on the hotter days. The bedrooms were comfortable and both en suite bathrooms were great. The location was the highlight, great views onto the canal and a very short walk into the city. A couple of local shops made things totally convenient. The only things that were less than perfect, but still perfectly manageable, were that the parking was a bit tight, you wouldn't want a large car; the bedroom windows are directly onto a side road up to the canal so keep the blinds closed and be prepared for some noise from passers-by; the place can get very hot on warm days. All in all a great place to stay and I'd recommend it to anybody.

we've really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. We booked it on a short notice due to a change of plans in our travel journey and the host responded really quickly. She also gave us a lovely recommendation for dining out! We would definitely book it again in the future.

The place was immaculate. Large, comfortable apartment over-looking the Royal Mile, close to the Castle. Big lounge with tasteful art and period furnishings in an up-to-the minute setting. One large bedroom with period wardrobe and deco chairs, very comfy queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, double oven, microwave, coffee machine with pods and milk frother, kettle and toaster, dishwasher, all new. Plates, glasses, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and tools. Plus new large fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bathroom beautifully renovated with big bath, heated towel rail and lots of room. Thanks Wendy, it was perfect. The highlight of our trip to the UK. Wendy has put a great deal of thought, effort and love into this amazing place.

Just completed an enjoyable stay for the London Marathon. Perfect location for walking to the start and opposite Greenwich train/DLR station to easily access the sights of London. Personal check in from Davey was excellent, showing us around the property and offering local knowledge for restaurants, shops and local activities. Comfortable property in a quiet location which met all the families needs.

We had a wonderful stay in Mark's flat. Beautiful, comfortble accommodation in a great location. Mark is a great host; very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We will definitely recommend Mark's place for a truly fabulous stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Malcolm’s place was a fabulous place to stay, a short walk from the start of the Long Mynd, but at the same time very close to all the amenities of town. The collection of beautiful objects in the flat are stunning, as are the views. Check in/out was very easy.
