Vous disposez de plus de 250 m2 d'espaces entièrement équipés et personnalisés avec les meubles uniques que je crée. Vous disposez également d'une salle de jeu et d'un espace détente (sur réservation et commun aux autres appartements). Un grand garage vous permet de garer au moins 3 voitures et des motos. Vous disposerez d'un jardin au bord de la rivière accessible par quelques marches.

The medieval street below is bustling with restaurants and street markets; up on the fourth-floor the loft is calm and peaceful. The shaded balcony has views over the rooftops, and the turquoise river directly below. Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.

A unique and large 3-bedroom loft apartment in a stunning chalet, in the very heart of Chamonix. Our home will make your stay in the valley unforgettable! The living and dining rooms share a very large area - which gives a distinct chalet feeling. The sofas are made for reading a book and sipping a tea, while snow falls outside and the fireplace keeps you warm. All bedrooms - one them cozily nested at mezzanine level - enjoy their own charm and privacy, and have their own ensuite bathroom.

Nous louons un appartement mitoyen de notre maison et entièrement indépendant. Il dispose d'un espace de séjour. Cuisine moderne et équipée (lave-vaiselle, four, frigo, plaque de cuisson, hotte). Nous avons aménagé deux chambres saines et agréable sous comble, l'une suivant l'autre. L'une d'elle possède un lit double. L'autre dispose de deux lits simples. Salle de bain moderne. Aucun vis-à-vis et vue sur un espace vert. Quelque pas de la frontière Suisse, avec place de parking gratuite.

Grand appartement de 55 m² avec entrée privative, chaleureux et cosy accolé a notre chalet principal il est composé d’une cuisine équipée ( plaque vitrocéramique, micro-ondes, four, cafetière senséo, appareil à raclette.) d’un grand salon d’une chambre ( lit 2 personnes, dressing ) d’une salle de bains ( douche 90/120, lavabo et toilette ) au calme l’appartement est spacieux et peut accueillir 2 personnes Animaux non acceptés Le ménage du logement est à effectuer avant votre départ.
