We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

We had a great couple of days at Merries Byre - we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was lovely and in a great location. Even the weather held out for us!

Fab place, lovely walks in area, great for dogs. Comfortable inside, nice veranda to sit in sunshine, great area for dogs at back. Beds comfortable. Pakefield beach worth a visit. The Wherry hotel good for lunch. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay over the bank holiday, Parva House was the perfect location - just on the fringe of the hubbub in Holt on what was a busy market weekend.

The cottage was absolutely lovely! Well placed, clean, spacious, very well stocked, very comfortable and not far from anywhere, yet retaining its privacy and peaceful surrounds. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommended. We didn't have pets but of course that's a plus if you do! Many thanks. Hope to return.

Maria is really a super host. Extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great time at the property. Kids loved the hammock, ping pong table and badminton court. Plenty of space for football and the property was beautiful. Had a great time as family. Great atmosphere

The cabin was absolutely lovely. So clean and cosy. Pleasantly surprised to find things like blankets, little led candles, big fluffy towels, lots of board games. It was very comfy and homely. The location was very peaceful. Not much for children to do outside the cabin itself, but we expected that - would recommend bringing bikes for kids. We had nice sunshine to enjoy the outdoor decking & seats to see the sun go down behind the trees. Jean was very friendly and quick to respond.

We had a lovely family weekend at The Hideaway. The home is cosy and well furnished, and the hosts were very helpful. Beautiful walks close by, amenities a short walk or drive and generally a very peaceful location. Would highly recommend for a weekend away.

We had a wonderful stay at the Threshing Barn. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends – peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The accommodation was faultless, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Having a beautiful spa right on the doorstep made it even more special. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

We had a wonderful long bank holiday weekend at Mole End, and it truly felt like a home from home. The space is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. Despite the weather not being perfect, we still made the most of the beautiful surroundings. The area is dog-friendly, which was perfect for us, and our furry friend had a great time. Mole End is nestled in a secluded corner, making it feel like a private haven. The property was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. A special thanks to the team for allowing us to check out later – it was a much appreciated gesture that made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, Mole End is an ideal spot for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with the comfort of home, and we would definitely love to return in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very nice with beautiful views on the lake and a hot tub The host kindly left us a bottle of wine and Easter cakes which was a really nice touch. Will definitely return.

This was our second time staying at Corin’s cottage and it won’t be our last! It’s such a lovely well equipped property and the location is perfect for visiting Southwold.

We had a lovely stay in Somersham with Dessie and Paul. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed and the kids loved having their own space away from the adults. Really lovely surroundings and the paddock was a nice touch, we enjoyed playing a bit of football. Lovely hosts, provided everything we needed and great communication - thank you!

The cottage was thoughtfully put together with everything we could have needed. It was clean with an attention to detail. A very comfortable bed & sofa. It was really quiet & just what was needed to switch off and relax. Not far from happisburgh beach eccles etc. Convenient public footpath on the opposite side of the road. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend.

Great little gem. Very peaceful location. Lovely views especially with the calves in the field! Having the secure garden area for our dog was perfect. Nicely decorated and lovely extra touches such as Scrabble and the chocolate, milk and eggs were also much appreciated. Will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful and well appointed cottage, with private and peaceful suntrap garden, less than 5 mins walk from fantastic pub and bakery and a little further to the start of the beach. We were blessed with superb sunshine which really made it feel like the South of France. Everything is thought out with wonderful touches to make your stay extra comfortable, from the pint of milk in the fridge on arrival along with other goodies, to extras you often have to bring or pay extra for (dishwasher/laundry tabs, condiments, etc. All the rooms are well proportioned with 2 great bathrooms, one with shower. Beds are super comfy and with excellent pillows and linens. A bonus that we could bring our dog and again, fantastic little touches like water bowls, dog treats etc just made it a breeze. We will definitely be back!
