Eigentumswohnungen als Ferienunterkünfte in Hévíz

A szállás fantasztikus. A házigazdával való kommunikáció mindig gyors volt és könnyű. A kilátás fantasztikus, a jacuzzi nagyon jól felfűthető. A konyhában minden konyhai eszköz a rendelkezésünkre állt. A hálószobában lévő ágy nagyon kényelmes, azonban a másik szobában a kanapéágy már kicsit kifeküdt, elég kényelmetlen. Azonban ezt a szállást nagyon javaslom mindenki számára, mert ennek ellenére is tökéletes volt minden.

Rugalmas tulajdonos, gyors és segítőkész válaszokkal. Minden az előzetes leírások szerint. Gyönyörű panoráma. Tiszta, új, kényelmes lakásbelső. Nagyszerűen működő légkondicionálás. Tökéletes környék! Ajánlom mindenkinek!

Szuper volt minden, a szállás, az elhelyezkedés. A házigazda kedves, rugalmas, segítőkész. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek, azoknak is akik gyerekkel mennek!

Ich habe sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. In der Wohnung war alles top, neu und hochwertig. Es war sehr kalt an dem Tag und die Wohnung war angenehm beheizt. Angenehme Nachbarschaft. Sehr gute Lage am Balaton.

Szuper hely, mindenhez nagyon kozel, kozponti helyen helyezkedik el az apartman nagy terasszal, ettermek kozvetlen szomszedsagaban. Vasutallomas es maga a Balaton is 2-3 perc gyalog. A strandok kb 15 perces gyaloglassal elerhetoek. Az apartman maga nagyon felszerelt es minden megtalalhato benne a konyhai felszerelesektol kezdve a mosogepig hogy emlitsek parat. Nagyon tiszta es felujitott hely, nyugodt szivvel ajanlani tudom barkinek aki minosegi szallast keres a Balaton partjan. A tulaj Zsolt maximalisan segitokesz volt es gyorsan reagalt ha barmi kerdesunk adodott. Szamunkra az ott lett nagyon jol telt. Megegyszer koszonjuk Zsolt!

We were blown away by this place! This was our first visit to Lake Balaton. We only stayed one night in April so not much was open and the weather was a bit chilly, but we were met by the host as we arrived. He showed us all the amenities and how to lock up. He even offered to drive us in the morning to our next destination of Lake Heviz. Incredible! The apartment has everything a more - a comfortable double bed, super efficient heating, a panoramic balcony, comfortable chairs, coffee/tea, the cutest fridge! We were even given complimentary Hungarian Prosecco and Czech beer. The apartment complex is new, and it was really quiet when we were there in April. I would be interested to see if it is louder during the busier seasons. If I ever visit Keszthely again, I will be staying here. Just far enough away from the center of the city to be quiet, but less than a ten minute walk to the Lake!

A szálláson minden megtalálható volt amire szükségünk volt. Tökéletesen el tudtunk férni. A kommunikálás nagyon egyszerűen ment. A közelbe van egy szabadstrand (gyalog 6-7 perc). A vasútállomás sétálva kicsit messze van és bolt is messzebb található. Ellenben nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, köszönjük szépen.

Nice, clean apartment with a sunny balcony (we loved it!). Melinda was there to welcome us when we arrived and communication with her was just really nice and easy. The apartment itself was close to many nice places: the market square, the lake, cute cafes - would definitely recommend staying in Melinda’s apartment :)

This is a stunning and beautiful apartment in a great location: the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. What's to love? * Super-stylish, modern decor in an large comfortable open-plan penthouse apartment with long balcony * Amazing views over the edge of Lake Balaton (with a couple of baby deer that occasionally appear) * Quick walking access to a private jetty where you can swim in the lake * Fabulous hosts who are so helpful and make everything easy - and who in particular helped us fix up a memorable morning sailing on the lake (thank you!) * Brilliantly equipped with everything you'll need, including the coolest fresh coffee machine we've ever used * Great location, near some key Balaton places, including Tihany (and Aniko and Attila has some great recommendations for places to eat). What's not to love? * Nothing! Stay here, and stay as long as you can. You'll relax instantly and have a wonderful time.

Very well maintained and equipped apartment in the center of Heviz. We enjoyed staying there, the lake was wonderful and I’m sure we will be back in the future.

We had a nice stay in Sándor's apartment. The way up there is a little bit adventurous by car, but completely manageable (as long as you don't have a trailer like us :D) Sándor was really helpful, responded always quickly. The garden and the way to get into the apartment is for toddlers a bit precarious, but fine anyway. The apartment is nice and the view is amazing. You have a lot to do in this area is short driving distance.

The apartment is suited pretty much in the town centre so everything is within walking distance other ways, bust stop is approx 5 min walk away. Small but clean and tidy place perfect for a few nights stay. Towels, cutlery, dishes provided. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with.

The place is as it was in the pictures. Clean apartment w/ equipped kitchen. We went there as a group, from different locations, so I was not the first to get there, but Tibor was friemdly and made it easy for the others to feel like home. I had trouble with the "Vendégem" app, and we spent way more time on it than I find necessary, and that's ok when you are a group and you don't have everyone's ID at hand befor the staying. Tibor was nice even when I was frustrated by that app. When we left, he let me leave my bag w/ him and pick it up later that day. Recommended host.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer super Gegend. Restaurants, Café, ein Pub und ein Geldautomat befinden sich in der Nachbarschaft. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch das alte "Burgviertel" ist direkt nebenan. In das Apartment selber gelangt man durch ein einfachen Check in. Dort angekommen erwartet einen ein sehr schönes 1Zimmer Apartment. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles zum täglichen Gebrauch. Das Bett ist super bequem. Auch die kleine "Raucherecke" fande ich super. Parkplätze befinden sich vor dem Haus. Während meinem 10 tägigen Aufenthalt habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde immer wieder hier her kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert 👍

Schöne Wohnung direkt am See. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Vierter Stock ist etwas umständlich, dafür ist die Aussicht auf den See aber toll. Tip: die Kaffeemaschine ist Tchobo Cafissimo. Die Tabs dazu gibt es nicht beim Lidl und auch beim Spar um die Ecke geb es die nicht. Die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung ist super.

Odporúčame, apartám sa nachádza hneď pri Balatone. Taktiež je v areáli dostupný bazén, ktorý sme využili naplno. Apartmán bol plne vybavený.

Jó ízléssel berendezett lakás, nagyon jól felszerelt konyhával, és kényelmes terasszal. A lakás központi helyen van és mégis nyugodt, békés. Legszivesebben már most mennénk újra :-)

Minden rendben volt, nagyon szép lakás, közel a strandhoz. A házigazda nagyon segítőkész, kedves. Ajánlom másoknak is jó szívvel.

The host was friendly and accommodating, we had some problems and had to check in later than expected, the host was able to help us with it. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

Fantasztikus hely. Biztos hogy máskor is igénybe vesszük. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.
