Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

Ett rymligt och fullutrustat semesterhus som fungerar lika bra på sommaren som på vintern. Öppen planlösning med öppen spis matdel, och TV-hörna på ovanvåningen. Två sovrum gör det idealiskt för fyra personer med möjlighet till en extrabädd på ovanvåningen (tillägg per natt tillkommer för extrabädd). Vi erbjuder normalt inte lakan eller handdukar, men kan erhållas mot extra avgift av 200kr per gäst.

Charmigt gatuhus från nittonhundratalets början. På kort promenadavstånd från bycentrum, hamn, brygga och strand. I hamnen finns flera restauranger. Nära till buss och livsmedelsbutik öppet 8-20. Uteplatser i flera väderstreck och en liten gräsmatta. Fullt utrustat kök och tvätt. Gäst städar själv och lakan samt handdukar ingår ej. Möjligt att hyra på förfrågan.

Huset har två badrum ett med dusch och badkar samt ett badrum med dubbeldusch. Tillhörande finns också en stor pool på 10x3,5m som är tillgänglig september ut.

It benefits from a new kitchen, new bathroom and all mod-cons. It is well situated for all attractions of the Kullaberg peninsula, and just a stone throw from a nice swimming beach.
