Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Thank you very much.

Nautimme ihanan rauhallisesta tunnelmasta! Sauna lämpeni äkkiä ja uskallettiin käydä heittää talviturkit laiturilta. Isona plussana oli lakanoiden lisäksi pyyhkeetkin valmiina!

Kaunis talo ja pihapiiri. Kaikki on suunniteltu ja toteutettu huolellisesti. Sisustus oli kodikas ja 5-henkinen perhe sopi sinne hyvin. Sauna oli mahtava. Ranta todella matala, mutta siinä on miellyttävä hiekkapohja. Lähellä on hyvät liikuntamahdollisuudet.

Majoitus vastasi tarpeitamme loistavasti. Majoittujien joukossa oli mm. kaksi koiraa, jotka nauttivat ulkoilusta aidatulla pihalla. Nuorin vieras oli 5 kk ikäinen vauva, jolle oli valmiina matkasänky. Kylpyhuoneessa oli myös reilusti tasotilaa, ja vaipan vaihdot hoituivat siellä sujuvasti. Varmasti varaamme majoituksen uudestaan, jos olemme liikkeellä Iitin suunnalla isommalla porukalla.

Beautiful house in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is quite large with large living room area, large kitchen, large bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi tub. There is also an infrared sauna in a separate room. The side entrance opens to a mud room with laundry and lots of room for bags and coats. Note that stairs to the loft are ship stairs. It's in the listing but important to realize that the house does not have wifi - Somehow I missed it.

Great host, great place, calm, like at home. The sauna was outstanding, the best in-home sauna we have tried.

Hemos pasado unos días de verano fantásticos en esta casita adorable y cómoda a la orilla del lago. La terraza del embarcadero es ideal y la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario en un entorno precioso. La segunda casa para invitados es también un plus muy agradable. Seppo y Tarja han sido unos anfitriones encantadores y detallistas en todo momento. ¡Gracias por todo! Muy aconsejable.

Juha, is very flexible and friendly. Everything went as expected and the location very comfortable. The Sauna was fantastic and there were convenience stores close to the location.

Erittäin miellyttävä majoituskohde nelihenkisen perheen käyttöön viikonlopuksi. Kodikas tunnelma ja majoittajan elämisen jäljet välittyvät myönteisellä tavalla vieraille. Kaikki toimi ja asunto tuntui pienen hetken omalta kodilta. Pysäköinti omassa katoksessa ulko-oven edessä oli helppoa, samoin nopea (auto)matka Lahden Suurhallille, jossa asioimme majoittumisen aikana jatkuvasti. Automatkailun vaihtoehtona bussipysäkki majoituksen vieressä ja lisänä miellyttävä kävely-ympäristö kohti keskustaa, välietappina myös kaupunkipyöräasema lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

Kiva ja siisti asunto rauhallisella kadulla kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Autolle löytyi helposti paikka ihan talon edestä. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen ja astiat ym. uusia ja erittäin puhtaita. Tosi hyvä sänky ja hiljainen talo takasi hyvät yöunet. Juha oli erittäin joustava ja vastasi nopeasti viesteihin! Vahva suositus!

Kaunis asunto, jossa hyvin tilaa kuudelle. Majoittaja mukava ja ystävällinen, kaikki sujui loistavasti ja sijainti mitä mainioin keskustassa.

Hemos estado en Lahti con mi marido y mis hijas (7 y 9 años) para participar en la Finlandia Hiihto. Para nosotros era importante estar cerca del Ski Center y así fue! Salir de casa con las botas puestas era un privilegio y poder dar un paseo por el lago solo al cruzar la calle, un plus. En su momento valoré otras opciones más económicas, pero ahora veo que ha sido un acierto. Petteri muy amable en todo momento y nos ha dado todas las facilidades tanto para la llegada como para la salida. Sin duda, repetiriamos!!!

Нашей семье очень понравилось пребывание в этом прекрасном доме , очень хорошее расположение и красивая ухоженная территория . Так же нам понравилась приватная территория возле озера , пирс , новая сауна, все соответствует описанию и дом очень комфортен . Есть все необходимое . Так же Ханна и Катя очень быстро отвечали на наши просьбы и вопросы. Мы будем рады вернуться снова !

Stayed there for 2 nights, I felt like the place is better than how it’s in the pictures. Sole was a very nice, communicative & very proactive. Just had a great time there.

Antin ”mökki” oli mielettömän upea! Huikeat maisemat, jousta saimme nauttia lämpimässä porealtaassa myös lumisissa olosuhteissa. Suositus!👌🏻

Samuli is the nicest host you could meet. He made us feel at home and he tool the time to show us everything (and tgat was a lot) absolutely awesome experience!

The interior architecture and design are very well-representative of the countryside houses in Finland. There is a wonderful wood-burning sauna and two fireplaces to keep the house sufficiently warm. The kitchen has all the necessary tools and amenities for cooking. One thing to note though is that the fridge doesn’t have a freezer. The house is by a little picturesque hill with pines, birches and rocks covered in moss. On the side of the house, there’s a yard and a grilling side with a nice view to the open fields.

Muutaman yön vierailu sujui Vääksyssä 10/ 10. Majoitus oli juuri sitä mitä esitteessä luvattiin, ellei jopa ripauksen parempi. Saunaaa, poreallasta vilpolaa yms. Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä kohdetta. Voisin kuvitella, että kesällä pari yötä tässä kohteessa saattaa jopa jäädä liian lyhyeksi visiitiksi.

Pia and Matti went above and beyond to make out family feel welcome. The place is really spacious and worked perfectly for our extended family. The house feels like a home immediately as you step in. The uninterrupted lake view, 2 x saunas and a very nice TV room with a woodburner/fireplace make it a great stay in the winter as well. Simply a Five Star place with very nice hosts.

Fantastic stay for a larger group. The space was cozy. Perfect location with lots of potential for activities. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway!
