Questo soggiorno ha superato totalmente le aspettative, è un luogo rilassante e accogliente, il prezzo è veramente molto conveniente per l'ospitalità, la pulizia, la tranquillità offerta. È uno di quei luoghi in cui ai via con l'idea di voler tornare e di raccontarlo ad amici e parenti, assolutamente consigliato.

We really enjoyed our stay- the host was a very friendly, welcoming person and gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to visit. The place itself was neat and organised, in a safe neighbourhood and just close enough to the city centre for us to be able to move around by foot. Would recommend a 100%. ☺️

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jennyfer! Elle est très sympathique et très réactif. La maison était propre et il ne manquait rien en équipement. L'espace extérieur est très beau et la piscine parfaite! Si on aime bien un peu marcher, le centre ville et la plage sont accessible à pied. J'espère revenir une prochaine fois :)

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Mon copain et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa. La plage était à seulement 5 minutes à pied et le quartier était vraiment paisible. Notre hôte à été particulièrement accueillante et attentionnée. Notamment, nous avons été accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et des fruits, et on nous a recommandé de nombreux restaurants et activités. Notre coup de cœur a été le jacuzzi chaud et disponible en permanence, aussi, notre chien a adoré le grand jardin. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir durant l'été.

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

Comfortable apartment with perfect view over Monaco - will definitely come back. Simone as the owner is absolutely welcoming, communicative and proactive - stuffing the fridge with Wine, Milk, Water and Juice she made us feel at home right away. Walking distance to the stadium and the circus is fine, Center City and the beach are however quite a stretch.

Bien sauf le canapé lit qui n'est pas super confortable. Les deux autres lits sont bien.

This was my second time staying at Isabelle’s wonderful apartment and I highly recommend it. Fantastic location, great apartment, and a little haven to return to after a day in the hustle and bustle of Monte Carlo. I will definitely come back!!

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

En general el apartamento está muy bien,es amplio ,muy limpio ,se duerme muy bien es como que te desconecta de todo .Cocina completa,el baño muy higiénico grande y una ducha excelente,su localización es peculiar, tiene su encanto,cerca del centro situado en el casco antiguo de la ciudad.

This stay was one of the most unique and memorable I have experienced! It felt like a dream to sleep beneath the incredible work of art in the cupola. Truly a night in a museum. The history and details were beautifully documented in a book published and available for guests. The kitchenette and modern bathroom were custom designed for the space and the attention to every detail was impressive. Alberto’s tour and recommendations were so helpful and the restaurants within walking distance were top notch. I absolutely loved every moment and wish we had been able to stay longer! Grazie mille!

My stay here was perfect to say the least. The airbnb is in such a convenient place in Nice, walkable to just about everything. The room was very nice and comfortable. Stephan is very helpful in terms of where to go/things to do, I had a great stay. I highly recommend! Such a cute home!

Se volete vivere la Costa Azzurra senza essere dei semplici turisti, questo è il posto giusto. Oltre alla tranquillità del luogo, troverete Bibi: una donna affascinante. Si è presa cura di noi e ci ha coccolati come se ci conoscessimo da una vita. Tutto è più che pulito, ordinato, ha un profumo delizioso ed è arredato con gusto. Anche se non si ha accesso alla cucina (cosa che è perfettamente chiara nella descrizione) Bibi si è preoccupata di allestire un angolo del balcone con tutte le cose di cui potevamo avere bisogno, dal piatto al cavatappi per bere un delizioso vino provenzale godendo della vista sul mare. Le colazioni francesi preparate ogni mattina sono una menzione speciale. Non solo il dettaglio di ogni singola cosa da mangiare, ma anche le tovagliette, le tazze, ecc. C'è qualcosa di meglio che trovarsi in Costa Azzurra, nella casa di una donna francese e fare colazione guardando il Mediterraneo? Sì, che accada a casa di Bibi. Bibi, ci manchi, grazie di tutto!! Friendly host, amazing view and outside area to enjoy it. Room is comfy, bathroom is very clean and the shower is very nice. Breakfast is very tasteful with sweet and salty products.

Tout était parfait, le cadre est magnifique et très ressourçant, les hôtes sont à l'écoute, très sympathiques et se rendent disponibles autant que possible. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, bien équipé et bien situé. Il y a un parking juste à côté mais si on est à pied (comme nous), on est assez proche des transports mais suffisamment loin pour être dépaysé et au calme le temps du séjour. On a aussi de chouettes ballades à faire aux alentours... Bref, comme on l'a dit en partant, si on avait pu mettre plus de 5/5 on l'aurait fait !! On espère revenir à l'occasion et peut être profiter de la rivière d'un peu plus près. Pas assez courageux pour se baigner en hiver !!

非常幸运住到了自己梦想的房子，走一走就可以到海边，推窗是绿色的植物，有着植物清新的香味，睡眠都变得特别好。房东特别热情，非常好交流，和她聊天非常愉快。真希望以后有机会可以在这里住得久一点，太喜欢这里了。

This is a lovely big space with a living room and two bedrooms, great views and very kind hosts. We managed to get around the Italian-English language barrier fine, and the hosts were very patient with us when we arrived a little later than expected. It is up on a hill in a tiny little village (so keep going as the map point is completely accurate, you aren't lost, it's just a little bit remote!) and a 15-20 minute drive to the beach, which was fine for us. Would stay here again if in the region! And the breakfasts were thoughtful to what we did and did not like so much.
