Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Stadt ist wirklich schön und hat viele tolle kleine Läden.

My experience with Tereza’s apartment was excellent. She was very hospitable. The surrounding area had numerous fantastic restaurants in walking distance.

I absolutely loved this place! The location was absolutely perfect being right off the main streets so you could sleep peacefully but easily walk to all the action. The host was very sweet and easy to communicate with and overall highly recommend! The only heads up I will give is that if you are packing heavy, just be aware parking is about a 5 minute walk over cobblestone from the apartment. However the parking is still incredibly convenient and the host takes care of it for you!! Thank you and we will be back!

The 5 of us enjoyed staying at this new apartment. It was clean, warm and had lots of hot water. The children had toys to play with, along with games and books to read. The apartment had a beautiful view of the mountains and was only a short drive to the center of Ioannina. Thanasis and Georgia were gracious hosts and gave us suggestions on things to do in the area.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλό. Ήταν αρκετά ζεστό δεδομένου του κρύου καιρού. Υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα. Τα σκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες ήταν καθαρές. Αν το κρεβάτι δεν ήταν τόσο συριμωχτο θα ήταν ακόμα καλύτερα. Επιπλέον υπήρχε μεταφορά θορύβου από το πάνω διαμέρισμα, ίσως πιο πάνω από όσο θα προτιμούσαμε. Σε γενικές γραμμές μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι.

We’re so happy to be staying in this apartment! It’s clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host welcomed us personally and gave clear instructions. The place is quiet and close to AB. I highly recommend this apartment!

Αρκετά καλή τοποθεσία σε σχέση με τα Ιωάννινα. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7-8 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο. Είναι κοντά στο σπήλαιο του Περάματος,απόσταση 5-6 λεπτών με τα πόδια,που αξίζει να επισκεφτείτε. Αρκετά κοντά με αυτό που φαίνεται στις φωτοφραφίες.Πολύ δεκτική ιδιοκτήτρια και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε όλα.Επίσης μας ρωτούσε και απο μόνη της αν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι. Δεν συμπεριλαμβάνει κατι για πρωινό εκτός απο τα βασικά (ελληνικό καφέ και ζάχαρη). Αν έπρεπε να βρώ κάποιο σημείο προς βελτίωση θα ήταν τα σερβίτσια τα οποία ήταν πολυχρησιμοποιημένα. Γενικά αν θέλετε να επισκεφτείτε την πόλη των Ιωαννίνων και τις γύρω περιοχές είναι ένα κατάλυμα που θα μπορούσε να καλύψει τις βασικές ανάγκες είτε οικογένειας είτε ζευγαριού η μικρής/μεγάλες παρεες

this is the nicest house we have been, nicely decorated , like a real dream vacation home. kitchen with everything you need, gave us advice on activities, restaurants everything we wanted to know. the house is in a village, all neighbors came to say hello, the cute dog, cat and even a 🐓. and there is fireplace ready with all equipment needed. we sure will like to come again

όλα ήταν υπέροχα

Το σπίτι μέσα είναι καθαρό και άνετο και βρίσκεται σε προνομιακή θέση κατά την ταπεινή μου άποψη. Αν θες να πάρεις αμάξι να φύγεις εκτός πόλης μπορείς να το κάνεις γρήγορα, αποφεύγοντας την κίνηση του κέντρου, ενώ αν θες να κινηθείς πεζός μέσα στην πόλη μέχρι μπορείς να το κάνεις χωρίς κόπο. Οι αποστάσεις δεν είναι μεγάλες για κάποιον που θέλει να περπατήσει. Στη γειτονιά αυτή υπάρχει άνεση με το πάρκινγκ, πράγμα πολύ σημαντικό. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική και δοθείσης της ευκαιρίας θα ξανα προτιμήσουμε το κατάλυμα οπωσδήποτε.

Papingo is a beautiful little town and the unit was a perfect base for exploring the area. It was very comfortable for our family of 7. The WiFi was amazing (best so far in our travels in Greece). The cleaner was very helpful with our bags of laundry for a small additional charge. Although there is no air conditioning this unit stayed quite cool during the day and had screens so we could enjoy the lovely cool mountains air in the evenings. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. You will need your own car to explore the area and make sure you bring all the supplies and food you will need because Papingo does not have a proper store if you need general supplies.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house inside the Castle area of Ioannina. The architecture and atmosphere were truly special, and everything was absolutely spotless — probably the cleanest and most professionally managed place we've stayed at through Airbnb. The location was exactly what we were hoping for: right inside the Castle walls, which meant we could explore on foot and completely avoid using the car. Having a private garage available was a huge bonus and made everything even easier. Even the local treat (μπακλαβαδάκια) waiting for us was so delicious that it made us feel immediately at home — and of course, we honored them properly! Yiannis, who welcomed us, was super friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, this was one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Ioannina. Thank you very much, Yiannis!

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

Άριστη φιλοξενία και εξυπηρέτηση από τον οικοδεσπότη , ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο .

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Villa Sarai! Wir wurden sehr herzlich und mit großer Freundlichkeit von Babis (der Papa vom Gastgeber) willkommen geheißen. Das Apartment und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Mit dem Auto sind sehr viele schöne Strände zu erreichen (5 - 10 min). Natürlich haben wir von Babis auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Davon haben wir auch viel gemacht (Strände, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (die Mama vom Gastgeber) ist auch so lieb. Sobald man was brauchte, war es in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Meine Tochter (3.5 Jahre alt) hat auch ein süßes Geschenk von ihr bekommen. Da hat sie sich sehr gefreut. Klimaanlagen sind auch vorhanden, was super in der Augusthitze war. Jeden Morgen hat meine Tochter auch mit den süßen Katzen dort gespielt. Was auch sehr positiv war und was uns davor nicht so bekannt war: jeden 2. Tag wird sauber gemacht und man bekommt neue Handtücher. ♥️

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Το σπίτι ειναι στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων δίπλα στην Νομαρχία. Πολύ καθαρός και όμορφος χώρος. Είχε μέχρι και στρώμα γυμναστικής και βαράκια! Ο Δημήτρης και ο πατέρας του απαντούσανε πάντα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα μου.
