Sous pente, les poutres centenaires et le poêle à bois lui confèrent une ambiance de campagne. Il dispose de 3 chambres et d'un bureau, avec deux wc et deux salles d'eau (un bain et une douche dans une chambre). Allergies : un chat a vécu dans l'appartement.
