The neighbour next door is the tower of Copenhagen City Hall , capturing the atmosphere of the old, nostalgic city among hip cafées, restaurants and special shops. In other words: The city pulse is just outside the frontdoor. Despite the fact that the appartment is very central, there is no noise from either inside the appartment, nor outside the sunny south-balcony, which easily can fit six people. The building dates from 1799, but has maintained its original charme after a massive renovation in 2007. INTERIOR: Besides a main entrance with room for coats and shoes, the appartment consists of a large, open space kitchen with an extended living room all in the New Yorker style with high seelings and lots of sunlight. My apartment is situated on the third floor of a 300-year-old heritage building. It's important to note that, there is no elevator, which is common as less than 9 percent of buildings in Copenhagen's inner city have elevators. Keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. My newly refurbished apartment features a hallway leading to the bathroom and a living room that opens to the sleeping area and kitchen. It offers a cozy (Hyggeligt) view of the city's rooftops.

Rymlig parkering som ingår. Lägenheten ligger ovanpå stallet så ljud kan förekomma under natten. Det finns djur på gården så rekommenderas inte om man har svår pälsallergi.
