Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Within walking distance you can find Restaurants, Cafeterias, Bakery, Supermarket and everything that will make your vacations enjoyably and relaxing. Very close to the house are the most famous sightseeing of Kefalonia, Melissani Lake, Antisamos Beach and the very beautiful Agia Efimia village.

Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. The ground-floor Deluxe Double Studio is a 30 sqm open-plan room with a double bed, kitchenette (small fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware). Cooking rings are located on the veranda, and pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided. Includes A/C, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. The furnished veranda offers stunning sea views. Accommodates up to 2 guests, with a free baby cot available upon request for children up to 2 years old.

This apartment consists of one bedroom with queen sized bed and anatomic mattress,built in closets,fly screens,air condition and a balcony. The other space has a built in full size kitchen with utensils,stove refridgerator,dining table, couch,tv,aircondition and a balcony with table and chairs from where you can enjoy the relaxing, fantastic sea view. Both balconies have awnings. Parking space is available and free in our property. Self check in is available.

Earth Apartment

This cozy apartment is part of a 3-apartment ensemble in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village of Kateleios. It is situated on the ground floor, in the middle of a large and peaceful garden with grass and trees. The apartment has a surface of 54 m2 and consists of: -Bedroom with double bed -Bedroom with single bed -Living room with kitchen -Bathroom with shower In the living room, the couch can also be transformed into a single bed.
