Kinderfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Kea-Kythnos

Це був прекрасний спокійний відпочинок, у квартирі є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Нам дуже сподобалось їсти на терасі, з прекрасним видом на цитрусовий сад. Пляж зовсім недалеко від помешкання і нас приємно здивувала смачна кава на пляжі. Дуже вдячні за гостинність господарів, які за декілька хвилин намагались вирішити всі наші проблеми. Окремих обіймів заслуговує Грейс 💓

Super séjour. La vue est magnifique. Le nécessaire présent dans la cuisine (huile, moutarde sel poivre etc.....) est un vrai plus lorsque l'on vient de loin. Mes enfants ont adorés jouer dans le jardin. Merci pour tout

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im „Rural house“. Es liegt absolut ruhig an der Ostküste von Kea mit Blick auf die Ägäis, Keas Nachbarinseln und ein atemberaubendes Tal, in dem das Auge gerne Ruhe findet. Wir waren oft einfach nur auf der breiten Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht genossen, der Sonnenaufgang fesselt einen ganz besonders. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und hervorragend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Das macht mit der tollen Musiksammlung ganz besonders viel Spaß. Krysta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und im Haus hat schon ein Willkommenskorb mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten auf uns gewartet. Ein kleines Büchlein mit Empfehlungen liegt aus. Wir mochten besonders den Sikamia-Strand, zum dem man 20 Minuten fährt. Wunderbar ist es auch, morgens den Weg zur kleinen Kapelle und zum alten Waschplatz des Dorfes zu gehen. Ganz besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns die zwei roten Katzen und wir hoffen, dass sich die nächsten Gäste auch um sie kümmern. Wir kommen wieder!

Nadia's house is really well maintained, beautiful and attention to detail. It's a key point to have peace and quiet and yet be close to everything. Comfortable for up to 6 people.

We had a fantastic stay at Konstantinos! A beautiful place, near the beach, which was paradise. Close to Athens and the temple of Poseidon. Konstantinos was a great host, quick respons and helped us really well. Hope we will return some time.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. Soula is a very friendly and helpful owner. The accommodation is truly a gem, clean, spacious, well equipped, lovely and quiet neighbors and the house is cleverly built, even in hot weather, it is enjoyable inside. From the balcony, you have a great sea view and can enjoy watching the sunrise over breakfast. The house has a lovely garden and is very well located. Athens and other cities, beaches, stores etc. are easily reachable by car. The accommodation has a spacious parking lot. The beach is within walking distance, 650 m and 100 m difference in altitude. Overall, it is an absolutely recommendable accommodation. We would be happy to stay here again.

Die Gastgeber Regissa und Theodoris waren sehr freundlich, heben uns alles zum Haus beim Check-in persönlich erklärt. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert, die Zeitabsprachen gut. Das Ferienhaus ist gut und zweckvoll eingerichtet, auch die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind umfangreich (Feuerlöscher etc.). Auch etwas zum Essen und Trinken hatten Regissa und Theodoris für die ersten Tage besorgt. Wir waren dort Ende März und Anfang April, weswegen im großen Garten des Hauses überall alles blühte. Zitronen etc. brauchten wir nicht kaufen, die konnten wir frisch im Garten pflücken :-) Im näheren Umfeld gab es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und auch eine sehr leckere griechische Eisdiele unten im Hafen. Auf der großen Terrassen vom Haus mit Blick in den Garten, konnten wir schön die Ruhe und Sonne genießen. Το σπίτι ήταν σε φοβερή τοποθεσία. Η θέα κ από τα 2 μπαλκόνια ήταν μαγευτική κ σε συνδυασμό με την πισίνα και την φοβερή διακόσμηση των χωρών το σπίτι φαντάζει ειδυλλιακό! Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός, συνεννοήσιμος και διακριτικός. Από τα καλύτερα σπίτια που εχω μείνει!

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

Περάσαμε μία εβδομάδα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και μείναμε ενθουσιασμενοι. Το σπίτι ειχε όλες τις ανέσεις που κανουν τη διαμονη μίας τετραμελους οικογένειας ανετη, ενω η μεγάλη βεράντα ειναι πραγματικα καταπληκτικη. Η γειτονιά ειναι πολυ ήσυχη κ πολυ κοντα στο λιμανι (βγαιναμε βολτα με τα ποδια), ενω κ η προσβαση σε super market ειναι πανευκολη. Οι κοντινές παραλιες (5 ή 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκινητο) ειναι καταπληκτικες, ενω σε 25 λεπτά μπορεις πρακτικα να εισαι σε οποιαδηποτε παραλια του νησιου. Πραγματικα δεν εχω λογια για την φιλοξενία της Αρετής , η οποία ηταν ευγενεστατη κ παντα διαθεσιμη για οτιδηποτε τη χρειαστηκαμε( πληροφοριες για το σπιτι, το νησι κλπ). Πηγαινουμε οικογενειακες διακοπες τα τελευταία 10 χρονια κ οι φετινές ηταν σιγουρα οι καλυτερες. Μειναμε ενθουσιασμενοι τοσο με το κατάλυμα όσο κ με το νησί και τους ανθρωπους του.

Beautiful house, felt like home! Gorgeous view!

We had our Air bnb cancel on us as we arrived in Anavyssos and Elizabeth totally saved us! She was incredible from start to finish. Her and her partner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need, even turning around the apartment quickly for us as we had been left stranded. I'd hugely recommend Elizabeth's apartment, she was communicative and kind, and we felt so incredibly well looked after.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this charming Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the the warm, welcoming ambiance of the property. The host's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay, from the impeccably clean and beautifully decorated interior to the thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The breathtaking views from the balcony were simply mesmerizing, offering a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the natural beauty. The location was ideal for its peaceful and serene atmosphere. Wir waren als Familie da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ruhge Lage auf einem Hügel, mit dem Auto ca. 5min zu Strand und zur nächsten klein Stadt. Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar über Nachrichten. Der Pool ist ca. 2m tief und eine schöne Erfrischung. würden da wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

This home was fantastic! My family of four, including our 4-year-old and 1-year-old, loved every moment of our stay. It felt like our own private retreat nestled in the mountains with stunning ocean views. The hot tub was a highlight, especially on chilly days, and the gated property made us feel safe and secure. The kids had a blast playing with the provided children’s toys. The beach was just a quick 3-minute drive downhill, which we enjoyed frequently. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, and our host was incredibly responsive, quickly resolving any questions or minor issues (like when I accidentally locked myself out of the house!). The home offered peace and privacy, making our 2-week vacation truly relaxing and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Demi et Angie nous ont accepté pour une seule et courte nuit. Nous avons reçu de leur part, la veille de notre arrivée, une liste de bonnes adresses à proximité. Tous nos messages ont reçu une réponse rapide. L'appartement était fort joliment aménagé, fonctionnel et impeccable. Nous regrettons de n'avoir pas pu rester plus longtemps !

C'était parfait, un seul regret : nous n'y séjournions qu'une nuité.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view! Had all the amenities listed, loved the air con available in both bedroom and living space and quiet location. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals and enjoy on the balcony. Easy access to local shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Perfect location to position yourself if wanting to visit neighbouring areas and Souniou. Vasiliki was so helpful with all my questions and information required. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the Athenian Riviera.

Alojamiento bien ubicado cerca del puerto. Muy bonito y acogedor con todas las comodidades. Anfitriona estupenda siempre atenta a cualquier cosa que necesites y con instrucciones claras y sencillas a la llegada

Best place ever. Stelios is a great guy. The house is perfect for us with a fantastic view! I wanted to keep this as a secret jem but could not deny a great review for this Athens Village retreat! Great location easy access to airport and highways going around Athens and lots of beaches close by.Fairly close to subway if you don’t what to drive to Athens !! Love it will be back!!

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

I cannot say enough of how happy we were with this unit….It truly felt like home. Amazing location, massive patio with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and an easy 4 min walk to the beach. Our hosts, especially Rania, were extremely responsive to any questions we had. The only thing missing from the unit was a Greek Briki to make Greek coffee. I’m sure next time there will be one waiting as we will 100% be returning.
