Welcome to the BayView Tower in the Illahee Manor Estates - An extraordinary tower studio with old world charm, nestled on the edge of the picturesque Puget Sound in Bremerton, Washington. Prepare to embark on a one-of-a-kind vacation experience in this enchanting retreat that offers beautiful views, high end design, kitchenette, large jetted soaking tub, and beach access with kayaks and stand up paddle board! The studio is the upper unit in an attached large house (there are no shared spaces.)

From the beautiful waterfall and stream surrounding the property, to the water views of the Puget Sound, five acres to explore, and just a quick peaceful walk down to beach access with use of kayaks and paddle boards…this property is ready for you to come relax and enjoy! Location is prime for exploring in any direction from easy access to Seattle Ferries, Military Bases, Hood Canal, and Olympic National Forest.

SOUND VIEWS

Enjoy the beautiful views of Puget Sound, Blake Island, Mt. Rainier and downtown Seattle from one of two decks off of the main floor. In cooler weather, the front sun deck is the perfect spot for happy hour or just relaxing. Take a short walk down the hill to visit the hamlet of Manchester. There's a public beach, outdoor pub, and other amenities available. The Southworth ferry will take you to West Seattle. Scheduled for Spring 2021, a "fast foot" ferry with service to downtown Seattle.

McDonald Cove Cabin

Rustic cozy cabin. Open concept for easy entertaining with glorious views of the water. Main floor bedroom with Queen bed plus open loft with Queen bed. The cabin has one bathroom opposite the downstairs bedroom. Great outdoor living with two decks; front deck facing the waterfront. Use stairs to access the beach and boat house which houses two single kayaks, one double kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs for guest use. One exterior security camera, which monitors the driveway is present.

Timber Lodge at Wildcat Creek

Discover a stunning 6-acre forested retreat featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 inviting living rooms, and 3.5 luxurious bathrooms. Adjacent to a public kayak/boat launch, indulge in fishing, hiking, and biking trails amidst National and State Parks. Hot tub, gather around the fire-pit, savor culinary delights on the Blackstone griddle or large chefs kitchen, and enjoy recreational amenities like pickleball, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, foosball, and basketball court. Our cozy cottage features stunning views of Dyes Inlet. The sunrise and sunset views are truly amazing & you can enjoy them on the nice big deck, or warm & cozy in bed. It is fully furnished & includes 1 BR with closet, 1 BA & a full kitchen/dining room with refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven & all the essentials. Amenities include TV, DVDs & player, books & games, wi-fi, grill, use of canoe, kayak, bikes & rubber boots. And there lots of animals to visit!

Updates: new grill and new solid doors for added privacy and sound proofing. This is a place where stress melts away the moment you step inside. Wake up to misty lake views, sip coffee on the deck as eagles soar, and soak in the hot tub under the stars. Spend your days kayaking, roasting marshmallows by the fire, or just unwinding in the cozy living space. I love sharing this space and can’t wait for you to experience it. Guest House with a view above the beach.

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
