Villa Sofimar smještena je u mirnom mjestu Zubovići, uz samu morsku obalu pokraj impresivne stjenovite klisure. Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Blizina mora, svjež povjetarac i zvuk valova čine ovu terasu jedinstvenom oazom za odmor i opuštanje.

Wir bieten Ihnen auf 55 Quadratmetern einen neue moderne Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit großem konfortablem Schlafsofa, einer großen Terrasse und einem mediterran angelegten Garten zum Sonnen und Grillen. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und im Wohnzimmer bietet die große Panoramaglasfront die Möglichkeit,das Meer und die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Malý, moderný apartmán bez balkóna na druhom poschodí nového štýlového domu. Je vzdialený len 50 m od mora. Pozícia je ideálna na kúpanie, prechádzky po pláži. Apartmán je plne vybavený veľkou kúpelňou a spálňou, v menšej kuchynke je všetko potrebné na prípravu jedla. Je priam stvorený pre čas strávený vo dvojici. Aby ste aj pri neskorom príchode boli bez starostí, v apartmáne nájdete v chladničke vodu na osvieženie, kapsule na kávu na prvé ráno a v kúpelni jednorázový sprchový gél.

Mila's Pet Friendly Holiday House

A comfortable holiday home for up to 6 guests, where pets of all sizes are truly welcome. The house offers 3 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large 40 m² terrace with BBQ. The beach is about 350 m away, and guests also have access to our private fenced seaside area with natural shade — perfect for relaxing by the sea with your dog. We use natural cleaning products and steam cleaning whenever possible, keeping the house fresh and comfortable for both people and pets.

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
