Viele Fenster bieten ein sehr helles Ambiente und vom großen Balkon hat man einen phantastischem Ausblick auf Koroni und das Meer. Ins Zentrum von Koroni und zum kleinen Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Ebenso ist der große Zaga-Beach schnell zu erreichen. Die letzten Meter zum Haus geht es allerdings etwas steil bergauf.
