Das Haus liegt an einem einzigartigen Standort mit Blick ins Grüne, in der Nähe des Flusses Sázava. Wir haben es geschaffen, um Menschen die Möglichkeit zu geben, in die wunderschöne Natur einzutauchen, einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder einen beheizten Pool in der Saison zu genießen, und das alles in Reichweite der Hauptstadt Prag. Terrasse und Garten: Grill mit hochwertiger Ausstattung für perfekte Grillabende (eine Metzgerei mit ausgezeichnetem Fleisch aus lokalen Bauernhöfen befindet sich im Nachbardorf). Sonnenliegen und eine Hängematte für maximale Entspannung. Esstisch für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten und besondere Momente. Beheizter Pool mit Gegenstromanlage (nur in der Saison je nach Wetter verfügbar – im Winter nicht nutzbar). Der Pool ist überdacht und befindet sich unter der Terrasse, die per Fernbedienung einziehbar ist. Lagerfeuerstelle mit Sitzgelegenheiten zum Würstchengrillen oder für gemütliche Abende am Feuer. Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.
