The garden features a diverse collection of cacti, succulents, and other drought-tolerant plants native to the Canary Islands. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as you stroll through the garden or relax on the large terrace with a heated pool. The house combines comfort and sustainability, with solar power and water recycling systems for eco-friendly living

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
