Im EG befinden sich die Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Doppelschlafcouch, im UG ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Einbauschränke, Schreibtisch, ein Bad mit Dusche, Hauswirtschaftsnische.
