We had an amazing stay, The perfect spot to unwind and relax right next to the water. It was our first time in Parker and definitely won't be our last. Great spot to book for a beautiful view.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was great. The house was very clean and cozy. The space was exactly as described. The amenities were above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

Can’t go wrong with Parker! Love working with this property management company. All the ladies are super nice and accommodating. They have many properties along the strip and I can’t wait to visit more of them. Some of our greatest family memories are at the river, so thanks for being part of that!

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful; the pictures really don't do the view justice. There is a nice lake view and a stunning view of the city lights at night. Plenty of parking is available, including boat parking. The pool was amazing, very peaceful. Even had some wildlife sightings, with two roadrunners and a resident owl stopping by on two of the three days.

First time in this unit. Very nice and comfortable. Level 3 has the best views.

Definitely the cleanist and nicest condo I have rented in this area! Newer flooring, bathrooms and appliances!

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

Everything was as described, but I don’t think you can actually describe how great the anchor lake house was for my family and I. House was perfect in every aspect. Our host made sure everything was easy and was very responsive to any and all questions. You really can’t beat location, and the amenities that come with the house. It was our first trip with our new boat, and having the ease of a launch ramp and docks in the community made everything easy on us. Definitely coming back.

Great stay. Great location. Stayed with my husband and 3 kids, 12, 7 and 8 months. Outside sitting area allows for more space to eat dinner and sit by the fire on the patio. Close walk to the water where there are covered patio spaces near the water first come first serve. Comfy bed in the master bath. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials. Couch pulls out to become a bed. Covered parking spot. Close driving distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

GREAT location right on Havasu’s London bridge boardwalk! We also loved taking the Paddleboard out in the channel. Unit had everything we needed for a mini family reunion. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect location—just steps from the iconic London Bridge and right on the waterfront with jaw-dropping views. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake and winding down with the lights reflecting off the water at night felt like something out of a dream. The unit itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-stocked, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved how close we were to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether we were walking along the waterfront, grabbing a bite to eat, or hopping on a boat tour, everything was within reach. Ryan was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lake Havasu, this is the place to stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Place had been empty for a while but the host was very responsive to any requests we had. He suggested things to do and places to go. It’s a very nice quiet home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people around.

Our Dock Holiday was perfect! We really enjoyed the location of the property on the river. There is a lot of dock space!The ping pong table & fire pit was a big hit with the kids. I would definitely recommend staying here. Lots of Fun!

What a great vacation. Had never been to Lake Havasu and had so much fun. Everything was so easy and we had an incredible weekend filled with so many activities for the kids and families. We will be back
