This was a nicely arranged suite in a quiet location. The added amenities (like the washer and dryer), easy access, and simple check-in/out made the stay more than worth!

I had an unfortunate notification that a different Airbnb that I had rented for the weekend to visit my son and his family had a plumbing issue and they were forced to cancel my reservation. David's place was 2 miles from my original Airbnb and he was very accommodating. I could arrive a bit early if I wished. I did arrive about an hour prior to a normal check-in time and he was there to greet me. I appreciated the flexibility for me to stay there at the last minute due to the cancellation of my original Airbnb. The place looked just like the photos. I was able to cook two dinners there, since there was a full kitchen and plenty of dishes. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping. It was easy to get to the freeway from his rental.

This place is an absolute delight. The price is amazing and the location is perfect! The inside and outside of the house is beautifully maintained, we were taking notes for our home. Definitely will try to stay there again. The owner worked with me on my pet situation as well and she was super nice and responded quickly to all of my messages. Definitely beats staying at a crowded hotel!

Tiffany’s place was perfect! Great location (5 min walk to convention center), secure and quiet apartment. Comfy bed, fluffy towels, and a well stocked kitchen! You can hear the street noise but the noise machine was enough to make sleeping easy. I would rebook this spot :)

They were very friendly, they opened up the entire backyard for my family and always responded when needed. We did have a miscommunication on my end for late checkout because I did not specify what time needed, but they seemed pretty understanding about the situation which was very nice!

A very nice place, in a good location. I was able to walk nearly everywhere I went. Will be staying here again next time I travel to the area. Jake and Syd reached out every day to make sure I had everything I needed.

This was my second time renting Margene’s place and I just love it. My daughter and my grandkids live close so this it the perfect place to stay so I can see them. There’s plenty of space! I will certainly rent again in the future. Thank you for everything.

It was a nice, quiet place that we could feel at home. It was a 5-star stay; we could not have asked for a better place!

The house was really cozy and the instructions for check in and check out were perfect and easy to follow. Really clean and well kept overall and showed a lot of care in regard to comfort of the people coming. Hosts were great at communicating and offered any help that might be needed. Overall great experience and would recommend 10/10!

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! It was the perfect time of year with a huge pop of color from the neighborhood trees. All the trees were covered with flowers. The neighborhood is safe and tree-lined and only a block away from the Perry market street with little shops and restaurants. Tons of charm. The host was super attentive and made our stay very comfortable. The beds were comfortable for my father in law as well as my husband and myself. Lots of fun little treasure to find throughout the house. I'm sure their garden will be exploding with beautiful flowers come May.

This house was a comfortable home base that was convenient to everything we wanted to do in CDA.

This was our second time staying at Jeffrey's place and we felt right at home. Checking in is super easy. The house was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Our kids loved playing the piano and hanging out in the front petting the neighborhood cats. Finally, Jeffrey is always very proactive and responsive in his communications. We hope to be able to stay at Jeffrey's place again next year!

Great little but spacious home in a great neighborhood! Restaurant/bar across the street but in a quaint housing area. Great home for dogs and kids or a bunch of adults. Super nice and very quick to respond host!! Would stay again!!

Great location, can walk to town and best of all, to the beach. Can enjoy the beach and waves from room and deck. Condo was stocked pretty good. Would rent again!

We have vacationed and stayed at this resort for the last four years, for the North American Enduro Cup mountain bike race. We have always booked through the lodge, but opted for AirBnB this year. The rate was less expensive and although the room layout was the same the quality of furnishings was much better. Will try to book this room again for next years race.

Very comfortable stay. Excellent hosts have provided for every need. Plenty of charging stations, kitchen extremely well stocked with just about anything you might need in cooking utensils and some staples and spices. Extremely clean and well organized. Comfortable beds. Roomy bathrooms and nice laundry facilities. Some games and puzzles provided and plenty of linens. Nice area with shops and restaurants. Beautiful park across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a high quality place - very peaceful and quite - it was better than the pictures.

We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

We spent two weeks at Jennifer’s place in Coeur d’Alene, visiting family and friends. Their place is a gem—spacious and luminous. It’s conveniently located near everything in town and just a short walk to the Spokane River. I highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.

Kent was great at getting back to me right away and let us check in early! The room was very clean and comfy bed. We loved our stay here!

Very nice condo and quiet. It’s a place you could be very comfortable at for a long time. Great for the dogs and was equipped with everything you could need.
