Très agréable séjour passé chez Luca. L’appartement est très grand, plus que ce que nous attendions, tout était très propre et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L’emplacement est central et permet d’aller un peu partout à Rome à pied.

Absolutely perfect location! Safe neighborhood. Walkable to everything! 🏛️⛲️🪜 Lots of shopping and restaurants! Great shops nearby for all your needs! We were so blessed to snag this apartment as a last minute fix to our itinerary! Let’s just say, everything happens for a reason! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful location! Host was fantastic! Soo soo happy with our stay! We will be back ☺️

Chiara’s apartment is truly special, and she was an amazing host! We booked the apartment somewhat last minute, having decided to extend a work trip for a few vacation days exploring Rome. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with incredible character. Chiara and Francesco were very welcoming and responsive, and provided many recommendations for myself and girlfriends while in the city. The location is very convenient, and we were able to walk to all of the sites and neighborhoods. I would love to stay at Chiara’s apartment again, especially when the weather is a bit warmer and can enjoy the massive terrace!

It was home away from home! The place was lovely and vibrant, with all necessary amenities provided by the hosts to make our stay nothing short of comfortable. The apartment was very near to the metro line A which helped us to visit all the tourists places with ease. It was our first time Rome and our stay made it all the more memorable! A wonderful stay a beautiful neighborhood in Rome ~ the place is a little outside city centre in a nice quiet neighborhood, perfect if staying for anything longer than a week where you have time to slow travel, settle in, work from home and sightsee ~ ! Thanks for a welcome into a warm space and wonderful time!

We absolutely loved Rosa’s place- it was walkable to everything and located close to campo di fiori, with lots of great restaurants! Despite it being in a densely populated area it felt private on the side street- slightly noisy at night on the weekend but died down by late evening, and the shutters helped to block out the noise. Rosa was super responsive and let us check in early, and even checked in with us throughout our stay. The elevator for luggage was great and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Un séjour parfait 🙂 L’appartement était propre et très bien situé pour découvrir la ville. Tout était conforme à la description et adapté à notre famille de 3 dont un bébé de 20 mois. Notre hôte, Ivana, a été accueillante, disponible et réactive. Un grand merci à elle pour cette belle expérience en Italie, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We really enjoyed our stay with Fabiola in rome. the location of the apartment is perfect, it had everything we needed. the bed and sofe were comfortable. Fabiola and Alberto were responsive and helpful. the only problem was that the water for the shower took a very long time (around 2 hours) to warm up, so for three girls who wanted to shower daily, we had to plan around that. Thanks Fabiola and Alberto!

We had a really wonderful time at Il Noceto. The local hosts were great and the house is wonderful: well-equipped with a great location. The pool is great and the view over the valleys that surround it are wonderful.

Villa Valentina was a beautiful place to stay for me and my family. The backyard, pool, and kids play area was very special and made our stay wonderful. Marina was kind and went out of her way to let us check in early because we had small children with us. It was a lovely place to stay!

Wir waren absolut zufrieden und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Nettuno. Allerdings muss man sagen, dass die Unterkunft leider nicht makellos sauber war. Außerdem wurde bei Check-In eine Zahlung i.H.v. 250€ als Kaution verlangt, diese war nur im Kleingedruckten auf Airbnb zu entnehmen und stand nicht in den zusätzlichen Kosten. Zudem war eine Kurtaxe fällig. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution bei verabredetem Check-Out hat allerdings problemlos funktioniert - auch wenn uns das erst einmal stutzig gemacht hat. Ansnonsten können wir die Unterkunft mit ihrem ganz eigenen Charme sehr empfehlen :)

Vi (to voksne og to børn på henholdsvis 7 og 9 år fra Danmark) boede i Paolas smukke hus i 9 dage og var meget begejstrede for opholdet. Paola gav gode forslag til udflugter i nærområdet (også til regnvejrsdage) og fandt legetøj frem, som vores børn kunne bruge, når vi badede i den dejlige pool, som har den smukkeste udsigt over Orte. Huset ligger langt fra anden beboelse, og da vi boede der havde vi hele grunden for os selv. Så der er masser af privatliv, og det er kun hyggeligt, at man kan høre køerne, som befinder sig tæt på ejendommen. Vi besøgte den charmerende by Narni, hvor vi på Paolas anbefaling gik en flot tur ved floden. Vi drog desuden på udflugt til vandfaldene i Terni samt Orvieto, som virkelig er et besøg værd. Vi kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang! Tak for alt, Paola.

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!

Molto soddifisatti della nostra vacanza in Umbria! La casa è in una posizione strategica per visitare le principali città della regione. È grande e spaziosa, ottima per un gruppo numeroso di amici come il nostro! Giardino e piscina incantevoli (anche se siamo stati un po’ sfortunati con il meteo e non abbiamo potuto sfruttarli per come avremmo voluto). La casa era pulitissima e con tutti i servizi di cui avevamo bisogno. Unica pecca: purtroppo l’impianto idraulico è un po’ datato e in uno dei bagni la doccia non teneva l’acqua calda per più di 5 minuti. Paolo, che ci ha seguito nel check-in e check out è stato preciso gentile e disponibile!

Our stay at Alberto's apartment was fantastic! The view over historic Rome is absolutely breathtaking, and you can't beat the location - less than 200 meters from the Colosseum! We could easily walk from the train station, which made arrival very convenient. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. There are a few steps to navigate at the main entrance, but after that, there's lift access to the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated after long days of sightseeing. Alberto was an excellent host - responsive and helpful. He met us upon arrival and lives nearby, so we felt well-supported throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience Rome from an ideal central location!

We had a great city trip in Rome. Lovely clean authentic apartment that was close to restaurants, yet quiet at night. Roberta is friendly host. We felt like at home in this apartment. Everything we needed and more was there. Once back in Rome, we would choose the same place to stay.

The apartment was very clean, and we felt incredibly comfortable during our stay. The location was both safe and conveniently close (just a 10-15 minute walk) to all the major tourist attractions. The surrounding food options were also fantastic! Noelle was a wonderful host, always friendly and even offering to arrange an airport drop-off for us. This was especially helpful, as my flight was at 6 am.

Beautiful flat in a fantastic part of Rome tucked away from the busier areas and just a short walk from the Villa Borghese park. Romana was a lovely host - always responsive and very friendly. We would highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen had everything for cooking our own meals with produce from local markets. We loved the location. Quiet and away from the crowds but near metro and busses. Alessandra greeted us and gave us a full orientation. She was responsive when we had questions. The whole experience was wonderful. It felt like the was air bnb should work.

A really great place to stay. Have been to Rome a few times and this was the best place we have stayed. Location perfect and you could walk everywhere and nice local restaurants and bars that felt like being in real Rome. Giuseppe is a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible and lots of good advice
