The house was fantastic, especially for the kids who loved the swimming pool and the patio which had plenty of space for them. The house is also beautiful and spacious and we enjoyed being able to do outdoor bbqs, eating al-fresco. The only issue were the mosquitos, so you need to make sure you have lots of repellent on hand. In my opinion, a necessary addition for such a large house is another toilet and shower with more privacy, especially for a bigger group. It’s also worth mentioning, that if you want to enjoy the gorgeous beaches, great restaurants etc, you really do need a car. Because Surano (in terms of amenities) is a dead town. We had an excellent time, the beaches nearby are really spectacular and Matt was a fabulous and very responsive host.

Great communication, very nice quiet location, close to amazing beaches and historical cities, it's a pearl of Puglia, you can go to Marina Di Pescoluse and enjoy amazing beach and you can go swim in both Adriatic and Ionian seas, if you drive a little to west of Italy you can enjoy Tyrrhenian sea as well! You will be very happy with place, it's amenities like jacuzzi and amazing swimming pool with inflatable toys, nice gazebo with chairs and great Bluetooth Sony speaker, bikes to ride around and explore the local area, great kitchen, big fridge, nice living room with HD TV, sparkling washroom, great bedrooms and amazing garden surrounding all this beauty! Our son loved to play with cats that were rescued and quietly live in the garden. this place is so cool that both of us me and my spouse thought about one thing the first evening while enjoying the jacuzzi after supper - would be great to buy this place and come and live here.. you remember how to dream again here, find peace and joy

A lovely villa in a quiet location. 5 minutes drive away from restaurants and shops. The villa is a little rustic internally and lacks some home comforts. The outside area is stunning with lovely sea views. We had a restful stay and would recommend the accommodation.

Really nice, spacious villa in a lovely location - rural and quiet but within 6 minutes' drive of a fantastic beach, which was uncrowded in late October. Comfy beds, and lots of indoor and outdoor space. Guido and Laura were both helpful and quick to respond to texts. They provided a second set of towels for the beach at a small extra charge, and a late check out for no charge, which was very helpful. There were a lot of mosquitoes and other biting insects in the area, but there are insect screens on bedroom windows, so you just need to put on insect repellent when outside. The pool is nice and big, although it was cold in late October - I'm sure it would be lovely earlier in the summer. Sea was easily warm enough to swim in, even in early November. We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily come back!

Wunderschönes kleines Ferienhaus mit Pool. Der Garten wird mit den Eigentümern geteilt die aber sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und diskret sind. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Zum Strand sind es ca 20 Minuten (Torre Pali). Wir sind eine Familie 2 Kindern (2 Jahre und 7 Jahre). Und es hat alles gepasst. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. Wir haben mit zwei Omas 2 Wochen im Haius von Francesco am Meer verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich phantastisch. Direkt vor der Terrasse beginnt das Meer. Ein kleiner Mini Sandtstrand ist 7 Meter entfernt, eine kleinere Bucht etwa 20 Meter und eine etwas größere Bucht 50 - 100 Meter. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die weitläufigeren Sandstrände im Norden in ca. 5-10 Minuten, im Süden nach etwa 20 Minuten. Wir haben im April zwei Wochen hier verbracht und die Ruhe genossen. Zu dieser Zeit im Jahr war noch nicht so viel Betrieb aber einige Restaurants hatten bereits offen. Ebenso der kleine Supermarkt im Ort. Das Haus ist unterteilt im zwei Einheiten mit dem Innenhof als Treffpunkt oder „Chill Area“. Der Grill ist praktisch und alle technischen Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch die Ausstattung ist umfangreich aber nicht überbordend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung hat uns Francesco (als erste Gäste der Saison) eine Grundausstattung (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Caffé, Wein) Alles Top

Świetny apartament, bardzo czysty, komfortowy, piękna łazienka. 5 min do plaży. Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja, która automatycznie się wyłącza przy otwarciu drzwi na zewnątrz . Ogólnie zdecydowanie polecam. Jedyną uwagą może być to, że nie wiedziałem przed zameldowaniem, że w jednej sypialni jest tylko jedno okno, które wychodzi na klatkę - to było lekkim minusem.

Wir haben vier Tage in Giacomos Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist toll renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts - die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Giacomo hat uns super-freundlich begrüßt und viele gute Tipps gegeben. Die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Il nostro soggiorno nell'appartamento di William è stato davvero molto gradevole! L'appartamento si trova nel centro di Torre San Giovanni, vicino a tutti i servizi. William è un host speciale: cortese e disponibile, ti fa sentire a casa! Nell'appartamento ci ha fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per la spiaggia e due biciclette per girare nel paese. Inoltre, all'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza da 10 e lode! Assolutamente consigliato

Siamo stati nella splendida tenuta di Nieves per una settimana. È stato un vero dispiacere andarsene… lasciare il luogo e lasciare le persone… siamo stati accolti da Nieves, la sua famiglia e i suoi animaletti domestici come se fossimo amici da sempre… abbiamo passato splendide serate a parlare in loro compagnia e la presenza di Nieves è stata fondamentale per scoprire luoghi incantevoli della Puglia. Casa ideale anche per bambini che sono liberi di esplorare la natura e vivere i profumi di quella splendida terra in un ambiente sicuro e amorevole! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni in questa casetta con un ampio giardino e patio con due portici per poter mangiare anche fuori. Casetta stupenda, funzionale, moderna e con ogni confort (cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e barbecue, aria condizionata in ogni stanza e parcheggio privato).Zona strategica per visitare il Salento, a circa metà strada tra Gallipoli e Santa Maria di Leuca. Vicina a ogni servizio (negozi, spiaggia, ristoranti....). A disposizione degli ospiti sono messe a disposizione delle biciclette con tanto di seggiolino per bambini. Veramente tutto curato al minimo dettaglio e nulla lasciato al caso. Angelica è stata fantastica, sempre disponibile e ci ha dato tantissimi consigli per sfruttare al meglio i giorni lì in Salento. Si nota davvero la passione che mette nel suo lavoro. Torneremo sicuramente. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio! Grazie di tutto! Struttura dove vale davvero la pena soggiornare.

Lovely stay at Casa Vienna in Salice Salentino! Giovanni was a legend, and part of our memorable experience during our stay. Not only did he take us to the key spots for lunch etc straight away, he also let us have a taste of their garden farm tomatoes and made us a traditional local dish with them, delicious and very kind! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Haus ist super gelegen um die schönen Strände und Städtchen des Salento zu erkunden. Bemerkenswert war die tolle Ausstattung und die liebevolle Einrichtung sowie der ruhige und toll gepflegte Garten. Man hat dort und am Pool wirklich absolut seine Privatsphäre! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber!

My stay in Parabita was truly unforgettable. The location is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful surroundings and a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the charm of Puglia. The house itself is spectacular—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Massimo, the host, was exceptional—always attentive and incredibly kind, making sure every detail was taken care of. His hospitality made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of southern Italy in a gorgeous home with a wonderful host.

This place is located at an extremely beautiful spot on the cost. The views are stunning the seaside beautiful and the plantation as well. We enjoyed the swimming spot and the several places to sit under the trees. Very special. The place is furnished in a simple way - for days when the weather is bad it could be a little more cosy in the living room. But we were lucky with the sun out most of the time. Also I found the before check in procedure a little complicated compared to other Airbnb’s but this is explained beforehand so guests should be aware and Oliver and his team are very responsive and helpful in the whole procedere. I personally think that the signs in the house which remind you to empty the bins and threaten you with high fines a little too much but I guess it’s due to bad experiences beforehand. All und all I recommend this place and would love to return.

Beautiful villa with a large garden in a peaceful area close to the sea, with the beach at walking distance. Everything was great - definitely recommended for anyone wanting to spend a nice relaxing time.

Ho trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto in questa casa vacanza insieme alla mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La casa era pulita, conforme alle foto e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la presenza dell'ombrellone da mare e dei due condizionatori, fondamentali per affrontare il caldo estivo. La posizione è ottima, con facile accesso a tutte le principali spiagge turistiche della zona. Un ringraziamento speciale a Debora, sempre gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Esperienza positiva e casa consigliata per famiglie o piccoli gruppi di amici.
