Geschuetzt hinter alten Steinmauern, bietet die Masseria an den heissen Sommertagen schattige Plaetzchen unter Granatapfelbaeumen um ein Buch zu lesen, aber auch fuer die Sonnenanbeter bequeme Liegestuehle auf der antiken Zisterne. Gefruehstueckt wird im Hof umgeben von Myrthe, bluehenden Bougainvilles, Jasmin, Rosen und Zitronenbaeumen. Die jahrhundertealten Olivenbaeume, die Kakteen und die steinernen Trulli in der umliegenden Landschaft vermitteln dem Gast den Eindruck der wahren Schoenheit des Salento, mit seinem Reichtum an Tradition und Brauchtum. Durch die zentrale Lage der Masseria delle Rose kann der Gast zwischen den traumhaften Straenden von Adria und jonischem Meer waehlen, um sich in der Kuehle des glasklaren Wassers auf die Ausfluege in einige der 100 historischen Orte des Salento mit ihren barocken Kirchen und Herrenhaeusern und ihren traditionellen Festen vorzubereiten. Die fuer die Feste typischen Luminarie, das Tanzen der Pizzica und der Genuss der koestlichen, lokalen Kueche und der schweren Weine, werden auf diese Weise einen perfekten Ferientag abschliessen.

B&B Villa Spada - Donadeo (Stanza Boschetto)

"Casina", ein Ausdruck für die Villen von Lecce. Unser Haus wurde im 17. Jahrhundert auf einer Ebene gebaut und im Jahr 2013 vollständig renoviert. Das Innere des Hauses teilt sich in drei Bereiche auf, der erste ist "B&B", mit drei Schlafräumen für jeweils zwei Personen und jeweils eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage. Die drei Räume sind über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Kreuzgewölbe miteinander verbunden. Der zentrale Bereich ist unsere Wohnung und der letzte und dritte Bereich ein unabhängiges Apartment mit großem Kamin, Steinofen, Esszimmer, Küche, Bad und einem Schlafzimmer sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett und einem Einzelbett im unteren Bereich. Das Grundstück umfasst 4 ha mit Obstbäumen, Orangenbäumen, Olivenbäumen, Feigen und weiterer mediterraner Flora. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Pinien, die im Sommer Schatten spenden. Der Bereich ist ausgestattet mit Liegestühlen, Hängematte, Gartentisch und kleinen Tischen für Kinder. Das Haus befindet sich im Zentrum der Halbinsel ungefähr 3 km von Lecce, oder 30 min vom Flughafen Brindisi. Sowohl das Ionische Meer als auch die Adria sind sehr gut erreichbar.
