Appartamento grande e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Per noi è stato il primo viaggio con Letizia e abbiamo scelto questo appartamento proprio per l'attenzione ai piccoli. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, mare e passeggiata serale con gelato 😉. Andrea è stato impeccabile. Pur non potendo riceverci di persona, ci ha supporto telefonicamente ed è sempre stato reperibile e molto disponibile. Alla prossima 😊

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

We had a lovely stay here. Location is excellent and the apartment is beautiful. Arnaud was very helpful and communicated brilliantly with us. Would stay here again.

L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e ben arredato, fedele alle foto caricate sul sito. Per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli, Dany mette a disposizione un lettino da campeggio e un seggiolone, entrambi in buono stato, per cui non è necessario portarli. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi e anche il centro di Chioggia è facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa mezzora. La comunicazione con l'host è sempre stata facile e puntuale.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend presso la struttura di Elisa e ci siamo trovati divinamente. Ottima posizione, fantastico appartamento. Elisa è una persona d’oro, disponibile e solare. Non ci ha fatto mancare nulla e ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Assolutamente consigliato!!

l'appartamento è situato in una posizione ideale per visitare Pesaro centro e anche per il lungomare. Sara è stata gentilissima e ha fornito molte informazioni utili e luoghi da visitare durante la mia permanenza. assolutamente consigliata per una qualsiasi permanenza a Pesaro!

Wir waren als Familie zu fünft mit 3 Jugendlichen in der schönen Unterkunft. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wurden sehr nett im Büro empfangen, uns wurde alles gezeigt und wir haben viele Tips bekommen. Das Haus ist freundlich hell und völlig ausreichend für 5 Personen. Der pool und das Meer sind nach wenigen Metern erreicht, der Privatstrand gepflegt und mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Restaurants und Strandbars ( abends öfter mit live Musik) sind ganz in der Nähe. Ausflüge rund um das Po Delta oder nach Venedig sind super machbar. Die meiste Zeit haben wir jedoch den Strand genutzt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub an den wir sehr gern zurück denken werden. Grazie!

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in einer neu renovierten, wunderschönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch äusserst gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was perfekt für Strandliebhaber ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen oder Anliegen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen an Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine perfekte Lage zum Strand!

Peaceful but close to everything’

Wir waren mit 3 Männern am 05.09.24 zum MotoGP angereist. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, Marcella hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Alles was der Mensch so braucht war in guten Zustand vorhanden. Vom Balkon blickt man auf Strand und Meer. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Rennstrecke ist 2 Km entfernt. Am 10.09.24 sind wir abgereist , Schlüssel auf den Tisch und fertig.

Unser Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft war sehr schön. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer war war wunderbar. Alles gut zu erreichen. Das Programm und die Speisen in der Bar/Restaurant war auch prima, freundlich und gut gewählt. Das Auto war sicher geparkt. Vielen Dank und alles Gute für Alle.

Tiziana è stata un host impeccabile, la comunicazione è stata semplicissima e sempre improntata a una grande disponibilità. La casetta è perfetta, con tutto ciò che serve e in un punto silenzioso e tranquillo, perfetto per una famiglia (soprattutto il cortiletto recintato e il prato condominiale, le mie bimbe l'hanno adorato). A piedi si raggiungono in un paio di minuti il mare e la pineta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Soggiornato in uno dei suoi appartamenti per 3 notti. Gentilissimo nel rispondere a tutte le mie domande e sempre disponibile. Appartamento pulito, comodissimo a tutto (spiaggia, zona pedonale e supermercato) e con tutto l'indispensabile. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Estuvimos en este alojamiento durante las Pascuas. Christian nos recibió con Colomba y huevos de pascuas para nuestros hijos y nos mostró amablemente la instalación. El apartamento está muy bien equipado. El jardín es hermoso con una área de juegos para los niños. Al lado del aloja hay un supermercado, y muy cerca se encuentra una farmacia, pescadería, carnicería y por supuesto la playa. A 70 metros de la casa se encuentran puede tomsr el autobús para visitar Chioggia. Gracias a Valentina pudimos encontrar organizar una excursión a Venecia y estuvo siempre pendiente ayudando y dándonos ideas de lugares para visitar o comer. Incluso no ayudó a realizar una reserva para un restaurante cercano. La amabilidad de Valentina y su familia y la disposición a ayudarnos y hacer nuestra estancia maravillosa nos deja con ganas de visitar Sottomarina nuevamente. Muchas gracias Valentina, Christian y familia.

Jacopo and his brother are excellent hosts. Very friendly and available for anything. He gave us clear instructions and suggestions regarding places to visit and so forth. It is also very easy to communicate with them. Highly recommended.

L’appartamento corrisponde pienamente a quanto si vede dalle foto. La posizione è proprio sulla spiaggia, fisicamente si parcheggia sulla sabbia! Host e proprietari gentilissimi, noi per un contrattempo abbiamo dovuto andare via un giorno prima e loro sono stati molto comprensivi. Persone proprio a modo.

L’appartement d’Arianna est parfait! Très bien agencé et équipé, une belle terrasse avec vue, en plein cœur de Marina centro et la plage à proximité immédiate. Arianna nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour! Nous recommandons ce logement!! Merci beaucoup Arianna!

prachtig appartement op een prima locatie. dichtbij het strand en supermarkten op loopafstand. appartement was ruim opgezet en zag er uit zoals op de foto's. balkon was ruim en had fijne de gehele dag zon. aantal basisdingen ontbraken (waterkoker, afwasmiddel), maar dat was het enige waar wij tegenaan liepen.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

Appartamento in posizione ottimale , a 50 metri dalla spiaggia. Spazi ampi, pulizia ed ordine come essere a casa propria. Accoglienza ed informazioni precise e puntuali. Ottimo soggiorno da tenere in considerazione anche per future vacanze a Rimini

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.
