La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
