Lägenheten är belägen på andra våning i en garage/förrådsbyggnad på tomten. Boendet passar bra för en övernattning eller kanske som bas om du vill besöka omgivningarna på Falbygden- norrut och i Ätradalen- söderut. Det naturnära läget ger ro och lugn samtidigt som det endast är 600m till närmaste matbutik som ligger centralt i byn!

Kleva Kvarn, på landet med frukost i fin miljö

På Mössebergs norra sluttning ligger Kleva Kvarn. I ett tidigare kvarnhus, med bäcken och kvarnhjulet utanför, finns 2 sovrum, matrum, pentry (inte för matlagning men det finns micro o vattenkokare ) och en toalett för övernattande gäster. Högre upp på tomten finns ägarens bostad och ett friliggande litet hus med enkel dusch o liten bastu. Trädgården är en lummig oas med bäckar, odlingar, en japaninspirerad del, växthus, fruktträd, rabatter och en utsikt över skog o hagar. En hund bor här.

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on your own half island with everything you may need for a calm and harmonic get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Omgiven av skog, bär och svamp, utkiksplats, skogsstigar. 25 min med bil till Liseberg/Gbg city. Fri parkering utanför huset. Fri pendelparkering finns vid busshållplatsen (3 km) om du vill ta direktbussen till Göteborg Utemöbler finns Ej fester/husdjur. Max 4 pers. Ta med egen badrock o tofflor!

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!
