We are located on the North Fork of Long Island close to beaches, county and state parks, wineries and breweries, farm stands. The ocean is 20 minutes away, Long Island Sound and Peconic Bay 10 minutes. Beautiful Greenport and Shelter Island are great destinations for shopping and dining.
