Stunning chalet, extremely well equipped and the standard of accommodation exceeded our expectations. The renovations to the property have been done to an extremely high standard. Fantastic holiday and the bonus of the free bus to Morzine stops right outside of the chalet.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Swiss chalet! The view from the property is stunning, and the neighborhood is perfect for peaceful walks and enjoying nature. The beds were very comfortable, and the chalet is ideally suited for families with babies and kids — everything felt very safe and welcoming. It was the perfect place to experience the authentic charm of a typical Swiss chalet. We would love to come back!

Marie nous a accueilli à notre arrivée afin de nous expliquer les différentes fonctionnalités du chalet qui est d'ailleurs très bien équipé. Le fait d'avoir un garage à disposition est un luxe appréciable lorsque l'on ne souhaite pas gratter la voiture de bon matin! Notre hôte a été réactive à chaque question que nous lui avons posé. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement!

Sylvie is absolutely wonderful and her home is the best place we've stayed in Morzine. We're booking to return next year! We are two families who came with two toddlers, a 5-year-old and 17-year-old. All of the kids were entertained and happy. There is plenty of space for everyone to convine for some social time or do their own things. Eight of us in total and never felt cramped. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous! The Prodains bus stops right outside so getting to Avoriaz each day was very easy. Morzine center is ten minutes walk. The hill is steep but you can get the free bus instead. We did the hill with a double pram and it was fine. Sylvie us full of recommendations and her home has plenty of toys, dvds, etc to keep everyone entertained. Although our toddlers just wanted to visit the chickens next door and play in the flowers most of the time. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfy!

Incroyable maison moderne, avec magnifique vue, parfaitement située dans Malbuisson (proche piscine, promenades, lac à pied, non loin des stations de ski, parc polaire, ski de fond, quelques restaurants, supermarchés...), avec beaucoup de couchages et de salles de bains, 2 espaces salon, de grands balcons, un jardin ouvert avec balançoires, nombreuses places de parking, un garage pour stocker le matériel d'extérieur... Parfait pour des grands groupes d'amis/familles. Couettes et couvertures au choix, et en assez grand nombre. Beaucoup de vaisselle, tout le nécessaire en cuisine, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire, beaucoup d'espace dans plusieurs frigos/congélateurs (pas trouvé de sèche-cheveux). Plusieurs luges à disposition. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, et résident juste à côté (rassurant en cas de souci). Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Prévoir matériel de base (sacs poubelles, produits vaisselle, d'hygiène...)

Le logement est grand, le chalet est vraiment joli , si l'on cherche un endroit typique tout en bois c'est là qu'il faut aller. Un gros plus pour les appareils à raclette, fondue, mixeur a soupe, 2 types d'aspirateurs différents entre autre, tout les produits nécessaires pour le quotidien (pastilles lv/decap four/savon/éponges, etc...) et pour faire le ménage. La terrasse est magnifique, jeux pour enfants, vélos, et un terrain de pétanque plus que bienvenu , tout y est ! La seule chose a retenir pour ceux qui voudraient "chiller" il n'y a pas de canapé dans la pièce principale, c'est a l'étage qu'il y a une tv et 3 canapés convertibles. Je recommande chaleureusement, enfants et adultes ont vraiment passé un super moment, 4 nuits c'était bien trop court ! Merci a Sophie d'avoir été réactive a chaque message . :D

We stayed in this beautiful chalet as a group of seven plus a dog. The house is very spacious and almost everyone in the group ended up with a private bathroom which was a huge plus. The kitchen is staffed with all necessary (and high quality) equipment for big groups. The chalet is located in the middle of fields which makes for a stunning view and offers a lot of privacy. The owner lives just next door so if there are any problems they are also easily reachable. The location is very accessible for both city and nature trips. A supermarket and gas station are close by (5min drive). Overall I would highly recommend this Airbnb for large groups. We are definitely considering coming back - maybe in the winter this time!

The chalet was 100% perfect. Ideal location a short walk (5mins max) from two of the main lifts. Also very spacious. The highlight however was Sue’s hospitality. I’ve used Airbnb for years and years and never had the pleasure of meeting a host as generous with their time and attention as Sue was. A really brilliant Airbnb and therefore excellent holiday.

Idéalement placé pour prendre la navette pour aller skier à Avoriaz, le chalet est magnifique et les équipements complets et neufs. Rien à redire sur les prestations du chalet et de l’hôte. Nous pourrions y retourner sans problème.

This is my second time visiting Fran’s beautiful chalet and I loved it just as much as the first. The chalet is decorated to a high standard and has everything you need to feel at home, the view is outstanding! I sat on the balcony watching the hills change in the sunlight - just stunning! Lots of hikes close by so really enjoyed these this time around. Beds were super comfy, great showers and of course an amazing bath outside. We’re working on dates for our next visit!

The Chalet is spacious and cosy. We very much enjoyed the terrace and the jacuzzi while the ski room was extremely convinient. Overall a great place for a family ski vacation.

À tout point de vue, un seul mot à dire EXCEPTIONNEL. Catherine et Samuel sont accueillants et à l’écoute des besoins de leurs hôtes. Le logement est très bien équipé, la literie est très appréciable, tout le confort pour profiter d’un séjour hors norme ; conforme à la description. Encore un grand merci.

We had the most lovely stay in Chalet Marialys. Paul and Jennie are wonderful hosts and it is clear they want to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The place was spatious, clean and tidy. The shuttle they provide, made it so easy to get to the slopes and back and when you don't feel like cooking, you can choose to order a meal from their menu. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit an wunderbarer Lage in einem herzigen, gut gepflegten Haus erlebt. Vor allem die Aussicht auf den See ist hervorragend. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Beautiful views over looking the lake and the mountains. The hike up to the place is totally worth it and Gerard was a star for bringing the quad bike and transporting the luggage up.

Séjour très agréable pour les adultes et encore plus, pour les enfants. L’espace autour du chalet est exceptionnel : calme ( au bout d’une impasse) , sécurisé, vert. Les enfants ont découvert plein de jeux ( trampoline, voitures à pédales par exemple) auxquels ils ne s’attendaient pas et en ont largement profité. Les meubles de jardin ont été spécialement apprécié par les adultes pour prendre l’apéro.

We really enjoyed staying at the Chalet. We went skiing at Portes du Soleil which is a very large skiable area connecting 10 ski villages including 4 in Switzerland. The Ardent lift is just a few minutes drive down the road and you can buy lift tickets at the lift. If you don’t have a car or if you don’t want to drive it, there are free shuttle buses (at least in winter) that go around the area. And for sure to the Ardent lift(gondola). Lake Montroid is beautiful and the views don’t get old! The Chalet has great views. I used the sauna and even did a cold plunge in the fountain. It makes you feel alive. We ate at the restaurant at Hotel du Lac and had a delicious dinner. and we recommend going into Morzine and trying the French pastries at La Bonbonniere (a highly rated bakery) The hike up the mountain to the chalet does take effort, but it is worth it. I wasn’t looking forward to that hike after the second day of skiing, but other times were fine. A small waterfall is on the path.

Wie letztes Jahr war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Immer noch ein Perfekter Ort um eine Auszeit zu nehmen und sich durch die Ruhe und Natur entspannen zu können. Kahena war sehr hilfsbereit und antwortete stets schnell. Sehr empfehlenswert!

J'ai passé un merveilleux week-end dans ce petit paradis ! Je reviendrais avec joie !

Wir durften als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) eine sehr schöne Woche im Chalet von François verbringen. François hat uns persönlich begrüsst und uns alles Wichtige im und um das Chalet gezeigt. Auch hat er uns einige Tipps für Erkundungen in der Gegend gegeben. Das Chalet mit den Zimmern, Küche, Bad waren sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den See ist top! An unserem Abreisetag kam François wieder vorbei, sodass wir gemeinsam das Check-Out durchführen und uns persönlich von François verabschieden konnten. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und empfehlen das Chalet als einen sehr schönen Ort, um darin und drumherum schöne Tage zu verleben.
