Ferienunterkünfte mit überdachter Terrasse in Lungomare di Sabaudia

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l appartement de Giulia. Nous n avons manqué de rien. Il y avait même de quoi prendre son petit déjeuner pour le lendemain, beaucoup de dosettes de café, de l eau en bouteille pour le biberon de notre fils de 2 ans, du jus d orange et du lait dans le frigo. Une chaise haute et lit bébé et matelas pour le change. La terrasse est vraiment agréable. Très paisible et grande. Il y avait un petit vélo pour nos enfants et un ballon. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner plusieurs fois sur la terrasse qui est ensoleillée. L appartement était très propre digne d un hôtel 5 étoiles! Lits confortables et faits à notre arrivé. Serviettes à disposition. Même savon pour se laver mais nous avions le notre. Nous sommes arrivés tard alors le mari de Giulia est venu nous chercher en voiture à Termini pour éviter de prendre le métro avec nos enfants après notre journée de voyage. Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement. Nous reviendrons !! :-

O Apartamento de Alessandro é lindo! Bem decorado, camas confortáveis, assim como tudo na casa. Tudo novinho! Silêncio maravilhoso para dormir e o privilégio de acordar olhando as árvores. Eu e minha família amamos tudo! Alessandro nos deu recomendações úteis de como se locomover sem carro na cidade. Foi gentil em várias situações. Eu com certeza voltarei para ter dias de descanso. Tudo incrível! Obrigada!

Appartamento moderno, pulito e molto confortevole. Noi lo abbiamo preso in quanto molto vicino all'aeroporto. L'host è super disponibile molto disponibile.

Es war absolut traumhaft, von der freundlichen Begrüßung bis zur unkomplizierten Abreise. Giovanni war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat sich direkt gekümmert. Das Umfeld in Nettuno könnte mehr bieten, das hat aber nichts mit dieser tollen Wohnung zu tun. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Pizzeria im gleichen Haus! Ansonsten ist der Strand und der Bahnhof sehr gut zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits

Was a lovely place to stay for our layover in Rome.

É raro trovare una persona che ti accolga con la gentilezza che contraddistingue Fernando. Anche l'alloggio racconta molto di lui ; tra i suoi libri e i vecchi adesivi, è stato come essere ospiti da un amico. L'atmosfera, l'accoglienza, lo splendido giardinetto hanno contribuito a rendere piacevole e rilassante anche il tempo trascorso a casa.

A szállás jó környéken van, közel a metróállomáshoz. Közelben éttermek, boltok. Megfelelt a leírásnak, a lakás, olyan, mint a képeken: tiszta, jól felszerelt, igényesen berendezett. Ambra szuper házigazda, rendkívűl kedves, és mindig gyorsan válaszolt. Szívesen visszamennék, és másnak is ajánlom ezt a szállást.

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Daniela y su esposo han sido super amables, nos han dado mas cosas de las que necesitaban darnos, estuvieron siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades.... Super recomendables el lugar, la casa y Daniela.... Muchas gracias, hemos pasado una estancia en familia espectacular. Nela, Raúl y flia.

Nous avons passé un mois chez Gian Piero. Le logement est agréable, la terrasse et la place de parking privés sont un gros avantage. L’entrée du parking est petite mais pour notre voiture (une Clio III) ça passait. Le quartier est agréable, il y a un bus à 5min qui vous amène partout dans le centre ville de Rome et au Colisée ainsi que le métro. Gian Piero est un hôte arrangeant et disponible.

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

Casa pulitissima e con i confort segnalati nell’annuncio, situata in una stradina molto tranquilla. Davide è un host molto cortese disponibile e mai invadente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

My sisters and I stayed at Luna's and we had a blast! It was the perfect apartment to have as a home base, especially if you love exploring a walkable area like trastevere. I never had to worry about my questions because Luna always responded right away (and was so so sweet)!! A very easeful and comfortable stay!

Wir waren als Familie für 5 Nächte im April 2025 bei Daniela als Gäste. Durch die sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation über E- Mail ist uns Daniela beim Einchecken sehr flexibel entgegengekommen. Wir hatten nämlich einen Flugausfall und mussten umbuchen und kamen dadurch erst weit nach Mitternacht an. Als Gastgeberin ist Sie sehr freundlich und man bekommt immer Hilfe wenn man Sie braucht. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus, Bahn, Lido di Ostia Centro) die fußläufig nicht weit entfernt von der Wohnung sind , gelangt man günstig und bequem in die antike City von Rom (ca.40 min) oder zum Flughafen (blauer Cotral Bus 30 min) oder zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und eine saubere Wohnung mit Meerblick und wunderbarer Terrasse zum verweilen . Alle Angaben und Fotos zur Wohnung sind identisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

I would rate this place higher if I could. We stayed here for one month. It was our home away from home. First, the bed was so comfortable, the place was immaculate, and the work area was perfect for my office. The location was great for walking and we had many great restaurants and cafes within a short walk. The host was very professional and excellent at communication, quickly responding to our questions and requests for recommendations. It’s a very secured building and we always felt safe. A grocery store was about 15 steps from the front gate making grocery shopping super easy and convenient. We highly recommend this place and the host!

Perfect apartment for a short family stay in a quiet and centric area of Fiumicino. It has everything you need, including a free private parking spot and Stefano was always available, providing quick answers to any of our questions.

Casa spettacolare proprio come dalle foto! Super comodità, super igiene sia della camera da letto che per il bagno! Accoglienza dei genitori di Erika veramente al top, mi hanno indicato tutto con precisione i miglior posti e come potermi muovere Se venite in zona Roma e volete alloggiare poco più fuori consiglio altamente questa struttura!
