Padroni di casa estremamnte gentili e disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare per cose pratiche,quali parcheggio,raccolta rifiuti..l 'alloggio pulitissimo, con messa a disposizione abbondante di lenzuola,asciugamani,anche da mare,dotato di pentole ed utensili in abbondanza.L'appartamento dispone di due ingressi,un terrazzino dove si puo passare piacevolmente il proprio tempo,la posizione fantastica ,una delle piu gettonate nell'isola,sopra Cala Gavetta,un porticciolo che è una vera chicca ad un passo dal centro storico.Per tornare ci metterei la firma.

Appartement au 1er étage très confortable avec une belle vue sur la baie d'Olbia la terrasse est généreuse la plage de sable blanc est à 200 mètres un restaurant à 100 mètres " la lanterna " est d'un bon rapport qualité/ prix si Giorgio peut apporter un confort supplémentaire cela serait de rajouter une cafetière électrique en complément des petites cafetières italiennes .

Giovanni a été très gentil et a répondu à toutes nos questions rapidement. Le logement est très agréable, au calme avec une magnifique vue. En plus nous avions 4 chats pour nous tenir compagnies! Encore merci pour l’accueil. Sarah et Alice

appartement bien placé dans la ville haute. il a été parfait pour notre we à Bonifacio. bonne literie, salle de bain agréable et cuisine impeccable. nous avons apprécié les échanges avec Isabelle qui s est montrée reactive et de bon conseils. la petite attention à l'arrivée est plaisante. nous recommandons.

Cudowne miejsce na wypoczynek z rodziną! Dom był perfekcyjnie czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony – wszystko zgodne z opisem, a nawet lepiej niż się spodziewaliśmy. Każdy szczegół został przemyślany, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się naprawdę komfortowo. Ogromnym atutem było przygotowanie dla dzieci – czekało na nas piękne, czyściutkie i starannie pościelone łóżeczko dla maluszka oraz fotelik do karmienia. Dzieci miały mnóstwo radości z zabawy na dużej, ogrodzonej przestrzeni wokół domu – bezpiecznie i wygodnie. Nie spodziewaliśmy się, że z kuchni będą tak piękne widoki na góry. To miejsce idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi – spokojne, dobrze zorganizowane i stworzone z myślą o komforcie gości. Zdecydowanie polecamy i mamy nadzieję wrócić tu w przyszłości!

Abbiamo soggiornato in due per una vacanza mordi e fuggi di pochi giorni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se c’è differenza, l’appartamento è ancor meglio di quanto appaia nelle foto. È funzionale, dotato di tutto quanto il necessario per le più comuni esigenze e anche di più, pulitissimo e silenzioso. Si trova a pochissima distanza dal centro di S.Teresa G. (cinque minuti a piedi) in una zona tranquilla e ben servita. Mariangela è una host fantastica: gentile, precisa, attenta, molto disponibile e con eccellente discrezione. Ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio anche di fronte a un piccolo imprevisto che abbiamo voluto risolvere in prima persona malgrado ci avesse calorosamente esonerato dal farlo. Grazie, Mariangela! L’abbiamo apprezzato molto e contiamo di ritornare presto a trovarti!

Realmente volvería a contratar esta casa, sin dudarlo. Es muy amplia, cómoda para la cantidad de personas ( 8). Super bien ubicada, a 30 metros de la playa y a 200 metros aproximadamente del pueblo. La vista es un sueño, desde cualquier ambiente de la casa, sobre todo desde la terraza donde pasamos gran parte del tiempo. Pasamos 7 días inolvidables en familia. La cocina super bien equipada La atención de Matteo fue espectacular, siempre dispuesto a responder rápidamente nuestras consultas y solicitudes. Nos colocaron reposeras y sillas nuevas de jardín, pedí un secador de pelo y me lo entregaron el mismo día. No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para Matteo, realmente un gran anfitrión. Espero volver a ese lugar paradisíaco.

Federico a été un super hôte, qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement ! La maison est située dans un endroit très calme avec une vue incroyable et un accès privatif à la mer. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier des conseils de Federico qui a toujours été super réactif. C’était un réel plaisir

Bel accueil dans un environnement paisible. La terrasse est très agréable et le jardin est un plus. Le logement est bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire. Par contre Bonifacio n’était pour nous pas accessible à pieds, une grande portion extrêmement raide pour y aller. Emplacement parfait car nous étions véhiculés.

Un superbe hébergement, cadre très agréable, hôtes très réactifs, La terrasse pour prendre nos repas est plaisante idem pour le côté piscine Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu !

Appartement conforme aux photos. Très proche du port et des restaurants. Stationnement dans la rue.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Momemt an sehr wohl gfühlt. Anita war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man für einen entspannnten Urlaub benötigt und noch mehr. Anita hat uns sogar für die Ankunft das erste Getränk kalt gestellt :-) Es war auch mega toll das wir gleich nach der Ankunft ( Vormittags gegen 12.30) schon einchecken durften. Somit konnten wir den eraten Tag ohne Verzögerungen starten. Vielen lieben Dank Anita für Deine Gastfreundlichkeit, dein ansteckendes Lächeln und deine superschnelle Unterstützung wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) Volle 5 Sterne!!

Four of us stayed by Gabriele over New Year's Eve to go bouldering in the surrounding area. We we're in the Apartment for 6 days. All the bouldering areas in the neighbourhood were easy to reach with a 5-30 minute drive. There were also 2 small but beautiful areas within walking distance. The accommodation was perfect for 4 people and was completely adequate. As we always cooked a lot in the evenings but didn't have enough chopping boards, Gabriele quickly got us another one. He got in touch proactively and also gave us tips for free concerts. The flat was tip top, we would love to come back!

El alojamiento de Frank es inmejorable. Él fue súper atento al escribirnos para coordinar la llegada. Nos recibió su papá Mario (con el cual tuve excelente comunicación) y Reina, quienes nos dieron todas las indicaciones y fueron sumamente amables en todo momento. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos y más (hasta pantuflas!!!). Era un barrio tranquilo con un supermercado que tenía de todo, a tan sólo dos cuadras a pie. Nosotros llegábamos en coche a todos lados súper rápido. Además, tener estacionamiento privado fue un plus. Una estancia que repetiríamos sin dudarlo para volver a disfrutar de esa hermosa ciudad y sus magníficas playas.

Had everything we needed and the view was absolutely gorgeous, better than anticipated. The place is quite homey and quaint and I was obsessed with the way it was decorated. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Apartment ist ein Traum, es war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und der Ausblick ist einmalig. Marta und Stefania, die Person, die beim Check-In vor Ort ist, sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Sogar als wir aufgrund eines Missgeschicks unsere Autoschlüssel verloren haben, haben die beiden uns jegliche Hilfe angeboten und die Tage ohne Autoschlüssel deutlich vereinfacht. Ich freue mich nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen! Danke für die schöne Zeit. 😊
