With comfortable rooms, a gorgeous pool area and large terraces with panoramic views, you won't need to leave the property at all, but the wonderful restaurants, beaches, and other pleasures of the Costa Smeralda are all within just 15 mins by car.

There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

La nostra villetta è situata nel caratteristico borgo di Liscia di Vacca a pochi passi da tutti i servizi turistici. Le spiaggie più vicine ( Olivetti e Liscia Renè) distano appena 500 metri. Affittasi appartamento in zona centrale,completamente climatizzato,dotato di spazioso soggiorno, cucina abitabile, due camere da letto matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia. Parcheggio in garage privato (per auto di piccole dimensioni) o in alternativa in strada. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata. È possibile avere un cambio biancheria a fronte di un supplemento di 40€.
