This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Android TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a dining area with a large table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest are during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.

Andando todo el centro de Madrid. Apart. muy pequeño y acogedor. Está distribuido en 2 plantas con lo que hay escaleras muy pronunciadas, tener especial cuidado al subir y bajar. Los techos son bajos, 1,90cm. para personas altas no será muy comodo, supongo. En planta baja la cocina y el salón, planta alta el dormitorio, baño y escritorio, interior con 3 ventanas y la puerta (todas de cristal) TV gratis(Netflix...) y 2 ventiladores, es un bajo y es fresquito.
