Le logement est idéalement situé à 2 minutes à pied du stade et 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. il est très propre, nous avons eu le ménage tout les jours pendant notre séjour et de petites attentions. Je n'hésiterais aucune seconde si je dois revenir à Cardiff!

We loved our stay here. The apartment is gorgeously decorated, clean and practical. The location is ideal for anyone wishing to explore the local area, lots of fabulous restaurants near by and of course the views are beautiful. The team were fantastic, incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to all messages and phone calls. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Susie's flat. Its location is ideal: very easy to find, close to everything on foot and magical with its little patch of garden in front of the river where we can watch the swan that has taken up residence in front of it. Susie was kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage early on our arrival so that we could start our visits while waiting for the housework to be done. The flat is spotlessly clean and comfortable and I don't think I've ever seen an Airbnb kitchen so well equipped. The milk in the fridge, savoury biscuits for aperitifs and sweet biscuits for tea were also much appreciated. If we come back to Stratford-upon-Avon this is where we want to stay as of all the accommodation I have had in the town, this is my favourite.

Absolutely loved this unit. It was so cosy and relaxing inside. We loved being on the third floor with the skylights and the breeze coming in. The bed was comfortable. The couches were comfortable for lounging. The neighborhood outside seemed a little unsafe. But you wouldn’t know being inside the unit. We just made sure to come home before dark. Chris was so proactive. He let us check in early and even messaged us the next day to make sure we were getting along ok. We accidentally left takeaway boxes in the fridge, and he was so understanding and not bothered by it at all. Would definitely recommend Chris and any of his properties!!

We had a few wonderful days at Nick's place. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor area when the sun shone. It was a short walking distance from both High Town and Low Town and very close to the SVR station. There is plenty to see and do within a short distance.

Just the most perfect stay! The property is set in a beautiful peaceful setting overlooking the gorge, you wake up to beautiful views and wonderful birdsong ! The property itself was homely , beautifully presented and maintained throughout. Couldn’t have asked for better ! Jacky was very friendly and helpful and a great host. Great place to stay if you want to be within easy walking distance of all of the amenities. The place was clean and spotless and well presented. The heating was on so it was a bit warm when we arrived. Secure parking was a bonus albeit a bit tricky to manoeuvre in a small space. You wouldn't get a large car in and there was restricted headroom if your car had a top box. The whole apartment was well equipped although an oven glove and baking trays would have been useful and the saucepans had seen better days. Overall we would give it a 5 star rating as the issues I mentioned are really only an issue if you are cooking for yourselves. And be prepared for the seagulls as they can be a bit vocal at night. But we enjoyed our girlie break and had a super time.

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

Had a fab 3 night stay, great location for us, could walk everywhere. House was lovely! We didnt mind being in the middle of two pubs, both worth a visit. Thank you Debbie, hope you'll have us back again 😊

Perfectly located stone cottage in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon with a car space, great for a family of four or less on the riverside. The cottage provided everything needed although due to where it’s situated we were rarely at home. Definitely recommend and would return ourselves. The free boat ride was the cherry on the top of a fabulous weekend, particularly for our kids.

Had a lovely New Years break. House was clean and comfortable. Close to local attractions and amenities in the Cotswolds would thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely Easter break in this house with our family (8 adults). The weather was perfect so we enjoyed playing tennis and paddle boarding on site and walked to the pub in the village.

Really loved our long weekend here. The place is incredibly well appointed and beautiful throughout. There are luxury touches and the owners have done a fabulous job of ensuring that guests receive a premium experience. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the proximity to the river and also to the centre of Stratford made for a wonderful stay. My guests and I would highly recommend! 🙂

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

We had a wonderful stay in the Cotswolds Water park. A beautiful home with stunning views of the lake. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable and provided enough space for 6 adults and 3 children (one in a travel cot). It is very modern and spacious with so much thought in the decor. Board games and bat and ball games were a plenty and added some extra fun to the weekend! The outdoor area with comfortable furniture and beautiful views were very much enjoyed. The hosts allowed us to use their kayaks and paddle boards which we could easily walk to the lake. We enjoyed the park a few minutes walk away as well as footpaths with stunning scenery surrounding the house and gated community. Coffee shops, bistros, brasseries and pizzerias were all close by and excellent! Jon was an excellent host, on hand to make our stay comfortable. We really had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lower Mill Estate with our baby! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a young family. Our little one loved the soft play and park area, and we enjoyed meals at Balihooo restaurant. A special thank you to our lovely host, Jane, who was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Francis was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all my questions about parking permits etc. we were offered early check in as property ready. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything you could want. Perfect location. Will definitely be staying here again when next taking a trip to Cardiff.

Great stay in a beautiful apartment, a real home from home. The place is spotless, secure and totally hassle free. Next time I’m working in the area I will definitely look to book the same place again. Highly recommended and a great find.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

we love staying at Christopher's apartment, we must have stayed 4 or 5 times before. we feel right at home here the space is huge and has everything you could ever need in a brilliant location. also super handy for a delicious breakfast downstairs in the cafe. thanks for having us again, we'll be back. The photos didn't do it justice - the apartment was immaculately clean and exactly as described. Usually there are some items missing but this place had absolutely everything, even down to a hoover and a mop. There were ample facilities in the kitchen to cook a full blown meal and everything worked as expected. We couldn't have wanted for anything else, it truly felt like a home away from home. Shone was lovely and her communication was second to none. When we ran into a complication with our booking, she was friendly and incredibly helpful with a quick response time. I can't wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay, 15 min walk from town along the canal. Chris was very helpful and kind. A cosy little cotswolds getaway!
