The 16% tax for Town of Mammoth is already included in pricing, not added “fee” at time of “reservation request” like other host! You can be on top of “Mammoth Mountain” and ski back to our garage door if there is snow on the road. I am amazed how many people that frequent "Mammoth Lakes" never knew that places like ours existed until they stayed at our place. During the summer we have arguably the best pool in all of "Mammoth" with incredible views of the mountains and a relaxing sun deck!!!

Great Escape (Newly Renovated!)

Perfectly located in the middle of town. Our studio has 500+ square feet of comfort from bottom to top. It sleeps 2 with a couch for a 3rd guest and is fully stocked with everything needed for an awesome mountain vacation. Oprah's favorite memory foam queen bed, easy to use pellet stove. The full kitchen is ready for a feast and barbeques are right outside by the pool and hot tub. Relax with a morning Keurig coffee on the balcony. Short walk to the local trolley stop.
