Amazing place for shorter and longer stays in Lombardy. Close to lots of famous must-see places and attractions like Milano, Venezia, Verona, Lake Garda and others. Apartment is big and comfortable even for bigger family. Interiors are designed with taste, very clean and well-equipped. Beautiful garden with swimming pool in the backyard is the icing on the cake. Hosts are friendly and helpful.

Wir hatten zuerst etwas Schwierigkeiten den Eingang zur Wohnanlage zu finden, Google Maps ist da etwas verwirrend (das schwarze Tor mit der Nummer 9 ist der Eingang, dort den Code eingeben). Aber ab da hat mit den Anweisungen, die wir vorab bekommen haben alles funktioniert, das Türschloss wird mit einer App gesteuert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, ein absoluter Boho Traum, wie auf den Fotos. Alles war super sauber, das Bett bequem, es war ruhig und Parkplätze gibt es direkt vorm Haus. Nach Bardolino und Lazise ist es ein Katzensprung mit dem Auto, aber etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es auch ein Restaurant mit toller Terasse, das Tavernetta Corte Torcolo, das Essen war mega! Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

5Terrazze on Lago di Garda is fabulous! The apartment and scenery are spectacular, Gabi is an incredible hostess, and the nearby village, just a short walk away, is one of the most charming in the lake. Our family had an outstanding time and highly recommend! Ps, the freshly baked bread delivery every morning was my husband’s favorite ❤️

Wir waren zu zwei Paaren und einem großen Hund dort. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der tolle Garten, der komplett und sicher eingezäunt ist sowie der schöne Blick auf den Gardasee; außerdem die Gastfreundlichkeit von Riccardo und den Besitzern. Das Parken mit einem großen Auto auf dem unteren Parkplatz ist etwas schwierig, ging aber. Toll war, dass wir entgegen der Beschreibung auch den 2. Parkplatz nutzen konnten, sodass wir nicht auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen mussten. Eine nette Überraschung ist zudem der Kräutergarten, den man zum Kochen nutzen darf. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

The house was beyond our expectations. Francesco was very friendly amd helpful. Explained everything in detail. We were in our 50s and 60s firat time in Italy! He made us feel so welcomed and right at home! Thank you! Will not heaitate to book again if we ever come back..

Posso solo dire che Gianfranco si e’ sempre reso disponibile . Abbiamo trovato appartamento super arredato con ogni confort , pulizia .. Un luogo degno di relax.. la cordialità di Gianfranco e’ stata impagabile . Spero di ritornare in questo luogo fantastico e di stringere la mano ancora a Gianfranco .. Grazie

We had a lovely stay, it was a 7 minute drive to central sirmione which was the purpose of our visit, nice and clean and spacious apartment and lovely host who looked after us well with clear instructions on how to get in and find the apartment etc, great communication and was very kind :)!

One of the very best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in! The floor plan was amazing and very tastefully modern and classy. One of the larger apartment elevators we’ve used in Europe. Held the 3 of us at the same time and great for my wife who has MS & uses a mobility scooter that also fit. We have very small carry one luggage which likely helped. If we ever moved out of our home we’d replicate this apartment. Hot tub on roof very nice w/ views. Great modern showers and bathrooms! Rare in Europe. We are food & wine lovers and the associated hotel has an amazing restaurant in a more secluded spot right on the lake. Such a serene setting for dinner combined w/ creative & well executed dishes. The staff was so friendly and kind. Will always be one of our 3 experiences in decades of travel. The village Torri del Benaco was also very quaint and peaceful. Gorgeous lake and mountains! Beautiful for evening strolls. Bravo! Thank you Silvia and your staff for wonderful time!

Die Unterkunft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir waren überaus zufrieden, vor allem mit der Sauberkeit, das Haus war blitzblank. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und der Check-in unkompliziert. Wir konnten sogar früher als geplant einchecken, sowie später auschecken. Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekt Lage, nur wenige Minuten von der Promenade und dem Hafen entfernt. Unserer Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen!

Неймовірне помешкання! Як у кіно. Відчувається любов в кожній деталі. Господар подбав про дизайн дуже ретельно, кожен аксесуар, від постільної білизни і до меблів в інтерʼєрі доповнюють картину. Дуже чисто, і є все необхідне на кухні ( електронна техніка, прибори, посуд, навіть чай/цукор/спеціі/оліі) Господар завжди на звʼязку і відповідає дуже швидко і завжди готовий надати рекомендації, або підказки. Дуже тихе і атмосферне містечко зі смачними ресторанами. Ми відпочивали двома родинами з дітьми ( і ще одна родина наших друзів поряд у готелі) І чудово провели час! Рекомендую це помешкання на 100%

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

The place was spacious, authentic and as described. It is a good fit for large groups. The kitchen is well equipped. The place was clean overall but bits could have been cleaner eg kitchen shelves, blender and the shower which had the steam room. I liked that they provided slippers etc. It was extremely helpful for them to arrange to meet us at the station and take our stuff to the house while we went to Lake Garda and really helpful that we got a ride back to the station on final day. The house is outside of Verona so you need a car or have to take cabs. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti presso l'abitazione di Carmen. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'appartamento è molto curato e pulito, la veranda spettacolare, peccato non averne potuto usufruire per il tempo non bellissimo. Carmen e suo marito sono due persone squisite e affabili e da loro abbiamo ricevuto consigli per le nostre visite e cene. Consigliamo senza indugio questa struttura!! Ottimo alloggio, vicino a molte attrazioni della zona, come i parchi di divertimento Gardaland, Caneva, Movieland. Casa nuova, ben curata e ben arredata. Host molto cordiale, reattivo e gentile! Consigliatissimo!

Olimme kaksi yötä perheen kanssa, liikuimme autolla. Lyhyt etäisyys järvelle. Lumoava maalaismaisema viinitilalla. Todella siisti ja laadukas asunto ja huikean ystävällinen palvelu!

Schöne Unterkunft, zentral gelegen, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu Fuß, mit dem Rad und mit dem Zug :) Die empfohlene Pizzeria war sehr lecker, sodass wir gleich zwei mal dort waren. Die Renovierungen in der Nachbarschaft, die in der Vorsaison aber an verschiedenen Orten in Desenzano zu sehen waren, waren weniger laut als zunächst gedacht.

La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e perfettamente accessoriata. È collocata in una zona molto silenziosa, di facile accesso e strategica per visitare i dintorni. Federica è stata tempestiva nelle comunicazioni e molto ospitale.

This is the PERFECT location for exploring Parma and the surrounding area. It is close enough to the Parma train station that we ended up using this as our home base for exploring Parma, Bologna, and Modena. There's even a car rental place a couple blocks away if you decide to rent a car for a day to hit a few places outside of the city centers. The place is clean, comfortable, and Laura was great at communicating everything with us. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Kompakte, für zwei Personen völlig ausreichende Wohnung in einem architektonisch ansprechenden Neubaublock. Bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto leicht zu finden, durch die Lage am Nordrand der Innenstadt ist man für Tagesausflüge schnell auf der Autobahn. Die Tiefgarage war aus meiner Sicht ein dicker Pluspunkt. Fußläufig zur Altstadt und nah am Bahnhof, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Nachbarschaft. Michela war sehr flexibel beim Ein- und Aus-Checken, ganz schnell bei allen Fragen, präsent und freundlich. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Hostitelia boli veľmi milí a veľmi pružne odpovedali na naše otázky. Ubytovanie zodpovedalo popisu a fotografiám. Bolo dostatočne vybavené všetkým potrebným pre príjemný pobyt. Systém číslovania talianskych ulíc je trošku komplikovaný farebným číslovaním / červené a čierne čísla /, ale ubytovanie sme po chvíli blúdenia našli. Ulica je pomerne rušná, ale v byte nebolo počut ruch z ulice ani blízkej pizzerie. V pešej dostupnosti je dostatok príležitostí pre nákupy a stravovanie. V blizkosti ubytovania sú 2 zastávky metra, ktorým sa dá rýchlo a pohodlne dostať na hlavnú vlakovú a autobusovú stanicu. Dopravné spojenia na rôzne smery sú dobré a pomerne časté / Milano, Verona, Venezia, Bergamo.../, čo sme využívali pri spoznávaní severného Talianska. Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania a znovu by sme ho mohli využiť pri ďalšej návšteve severného Talianska. Ďakujeme hostiteľom za príjemný pobyt.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in 6 persone presso l’appartamento di Marina. La casa si trova al primo piano senza ascensore di una piccola palazzina gestita in famiglia e dista circa 15 minuti dal centro prendendo l’autobus. L’appartamento è spazioso, accogliente, ristrutturato ed estremamente pulito. La comunicazione con Marina è sempre stata puntuale ed efficiente. Marina è un host disponibile e cordiale. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e speriamo di ritornarci il prima possibile!! Super consigliato!!

We had a lovely time in Alessandro’s property. The flat is spacious, comfortable and quiet. It is only few steps sway from the lake. Alessandro has been extremely helpful. Recommended!
