Appartamento ordinato,pulito e ben arredato e ben accessoriato.letto matrimoniale comodo anche per persone molto alte. Proprietari di casa molto accoglienti e aperte alle nostre esigenze.piacevole sorpresa i prodotti offerti di benvenuto con vari prodotti alimentari. Vicinanza della spiaggia (5 minuti a piedi) sia libera che attrezzata ottimo punto per le famiglie. Da tornarci!

Wir waren im Oktober dort und das Wetter war immer noch sehr gut. Obwohl das Haus nahe an der Strasse ist, war es ruhig. Vor dem Garten mit Wiese hat es kein Haus und man sieht auf Felder. Eine wundervolle Liegepergola aus Holz lädt ein zum Sonnenbaden auf Liegestühlen. Die Terrasse ist gedeckt und mit Pflanzen umgeben. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat sogar einen grossen Backofen. Das Meer ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Schnorcheln ist wundervoll und Angeln kann man auch. Es gibt einen langen, schön gestalteten Fussweg, den einige Jogger benutzen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Wir lebten wie im Paradies.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und um die Natur zu genießen. Umgeben von Olivenbaum- und Granatapfelfeldern befindet sich das traditionelle Gebäude. Das gesamte Grundstück ist voller Liebe zum Detail. So hat man alles was man braucht, zum Beispiel zum Kochen oder auch zum abendlichen Lesen auf der gemütlichen Terrasse. Dazu kommt noch dass Graziano sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ist und uns ein paar tolle Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Das hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Danke für alles!

Unser Aufenthalt in der luxuriösen Villa war einfach traumhaft. Wir wurden herzlich von Rita und ihrer Familie mit Gebäck und Kaffee empfangen. Trotz Angabe, dass keine Grundausstattung vorhanden sei, war diese tatsächlich gegeben, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Die Architektur der Villa vereinte auf wunderbare Weise klassische Eleganz mit modernem Komfort, und jedes Detail war perfekt durchdacht. Die Räume strahlten Ruhe aus, und die gesamte Atmosphäre lud zum Entspannen ein. Die Stille und Abgeschiedenheit der Villa machten sie zum idealen Rückzugsort, um den Alltag völlig hinter sich zu lassen. Hier konnte man die Seele baumeln lassen und einfach die Schönheit des Moments genießen. Wir wünschen Rita für die Zukunft viele nette Gäste und kommen gerne wieder!☺️

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Mauro et Anna, qui sont des hôtes d’une générosité exceptionnelle. À notre arrivée, nous avons le plaisir d’avoir une tarte maison, des fruits coupés frais et de l’eau fraîche, et une bouteille de vin. Mauro est très réactif et très serviable, et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires. La maison correspond aux photos, très fonctionnelle, et idéale avec des enfants. L’espace piscine est incroyable. Merci beaucoup Mauro et Anna.

Ein wunderbares Haus mit tollem Umschwung Matteo ist ein sensationeller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und kundenorientiert. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter

We had such an amazing stay here. After touring around Puglia this was a welcome oasis of relaxation. Luca could not have been more helpful - he went above and beyond to help with recommendations and making sure everything was perfect for us. The grounds were much bigger than expected and the whole place was quiet. Gave us a true Italian experience and would not hesitate to book again :-)

Set in peaceful countryside close to the sea, Villa Rosmarini is a wonderful place to stay and explore the Salento region. The villa is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for a couple or four people. From the roof terrace you can relax and watch the sun set over the sea. Stefania was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. It's very close to Nardo, a pretty Baroque town with good shops and restaurants, and also close to Gallipoli (great for seafood). The local beach at Porto Selvaggio is a real treat. Would definitely stay again when we hopefully come back.

Ruhige Gegend, Villa mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub.

Che dire di questo posto.. “Una favola”. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in questa splendida casa. La struttura è impeccabile: piscina e idromassaggio con video proiettore curati nei minimi dettagli, perfetti per rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza in tutta tranquillità. Tutto era ben organizzato e sistemato, con un’attenzione evidente alla pulizia e al comfort. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutta la casa addobbata per il periodo natalizio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Simone il proprietario e Marcello, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili, aiutandoci anche a scegliere ottimi ristoranti dove mangiare, vista la nostra poca conoscenza del posto. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, in un ambiente che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Torneremo sicuramente presto!

Un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile! Ogni dettaglio di questa villa trasmette cura e raffinatezza: dalle suite eleganti e confortevoli alla cucina perfettamente attrezzata, fino alla piscina privata immersa in un giardino silenzioso e profumato. Al tramonto, sorseggiare un calice di vino sul patio con il canto delle cicale è pura magia. Molto vicina a Gallipoli, ma lontana dal caos: un rifugio perfetto. Guglielmo è un’host impeccabile, attento e sempre disponibile. Un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore e che consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere l’autentica bellezza del Salento.

Excellent villa with beautiful coastal places to visit within short drives. The villa is as advertised. 3 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms with double beds in each and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. 2 bathrooms with good showers with good water pressure inside Villa. Additional bathroom with shower in annex also with good water pressure. There are also 2 external showers by the pool area. The outside area is excellent with a well maintained pool, which is ideal to cool off in. The barbecue and outside dining area is excellent. There is also additional outside seating levels over 2 levels and an outdoor games area. The owner was excellent and cleaned the pool and the barbecue at 6 am every morning, whilst we were asleep. He also arrived very promptly within 10 minutes when one minor issue needed sorting. Would thoroughly recommend.
