Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

It was very bijou ideal for what we required on a weekend away meeting up with great friends. Fantastic location and lots to visit and explore. I would definitely recommend for a couples retreat.

The apartment is very well appointed with a great view over Ipswich Marina with the bonus of some fabulous sunsets too. The apartment is spacious for a two-bedroom accommodation and the two bathrooms are a definite advantage. The host, Martin, was very supportive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay with prompt and friendly communication. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would look to book again for future stays in Ipswich.

Our second stay in this beautiful apartment. We will most certainly be back again, which really says it all! The location is superb and the apartment is gorgeous, comfortable and really homely. We love it! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

A very peaceful and tranquil place to stay overlooking open countryside. Beautiful walks from the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen with a great selection of books and DVDs for a quiet evening in. plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc and lovely clean towels and bedding. Great resource of things to do with maps on your doorstep and a-joining villages. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Laurie and Lucy are very friendly. Highly recommended

What a little Gem, we loved our stay and the flat was amazing, fully equipped with what we needed. Amazing views and very comfortable. Great location and great parking and close to all amenities. We would definitely recommend, thank you for letting us stay 🥰.

We stayed in this beautiful little getaway and absolutely loved it! We were really impressed with how clean everything was and how comfy the bed was! The location is perfect. There is a nice little walk to the beach which is about 2mins!! And a lovely little pub enroute, The Oddfellows which we definitely recommend a visit to! Everything is really easy to get to by foot and the neighbourhood is so nice! Ian was great, very friendly and approachable. He communicated with us prior to arrival to give instructions on what to do when we got there, ensured us we could contact him at any time should we need to (luckily we didn’t), and just before we left. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

The chalet was beautiful and very well equipped, and in such a pretty and peaceful location. Easy access to numerous walks, by the water, through countryside, to a beautiful park, through the mariner, or to the train station. (We left our car at the chalet and caught the train to Lowestoft a beautiful scenic journey and so easy.) We love listening to birds and we got to hear so many new ones on the walk through the marshes not even 2 minutes away. And found the Ivy Hotel, which is a great place for lunch. The swimming pool was nice too. Sonya was a great host, very quick with responses. Also a lovely surprise with milk, tea,coffee, sugar, salt pepper all for us to use. ☺️As well as a basket of goodies. Our dog loved his treats too. 🐶 Definitely hope to return again some day. 🤞🤩

We just spent three nights here and it was wonderful! The garden is the most peaceful and stunning place, and although technically shared with Hannah & family’s garden next door, it feels very private. The open plan downstairs is huge and well equipped. We stayed with our 11 month old and Hannah provided a high chair, travel cot, blackout blinds, baby bath etc which was so helpful. The setup is perfect for a family, with the smaller room ideal for kids / baby. Hannah and Andy were really responsive to any messages and super friendly too. I didn’t want to leave, we would definitely stay again!!

We had a lovely few days at the property , felt like home and just what we needed for a relaxing break. Tom was a great host and responded very quickly if we had a query . We would highly recommend and would be happy to stay at the property again in the future

Wow, what an Airbnb! We could not fault our stay in David's beautiful property. Quiet and secluded, steeped in nature but with excellent amenities and a wonderful space to spend a weekend. The beds were incredibly comfy, the property has lots of helpful bits to make you feel right at home, and it's clear a lot of love and attention has been put in to making the place as inviting as possible. We will definitely be back!

Lovely 3 storey home, well equipped with very responsive hosts. Really enjoyed our stay here, the sun trap balcony was very welcome during the windy weather. Felixstowe is so great, three generations in our family cohort and we all loved it. Beach Street pizza and coffee were two highlights.

Our 3rd visit to this property. Excellent location and very peaceful. Filippa and Oliver were very responsive and quick to resolve some minor issues. Great cycling routes into Southwold.

Great little place next to river, friendly hosts thank Mark and Jan. Our dog enjoyed all the local and beach walks. Had fun with the canoe on the river.

Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

Micheal was really warm & welcoming host, with lots of humour & charm. He makes a mean cocktail in their cool little bar at the back of their lovely danish shop He gave us great recommendations for place to go and places to eat . The studio is above the shop and is very clean with everything you need , perfect for 2 people. When we return to Frinton we will definitely be trying to stay at the studio. Thank you’re hospitably

It’s okay to pull right up and unload all of your stuff right in front of the iron gate. It’s a pretty melow and sleepy seaside yown concerning such matters. Host said up to ten minutes parking there should be okay. Note that the road that the apartment entrance is located on is a single-lane “alleyway” and easy to pass right by. Comingbfrom Sainsburys and heading down Nicholas Road, it is the small street just before the light at Regent Street. You can ise the Just Park app to park at Sainsburys cheaply, but recommend parking at the southern edge of the parking lot in some of the wider family spaces. I got a major ding on the side of my car from parking in the busier section of the parking lot for several days.

A lovely well equipped apartment central to everything. The main high street literally a 5 min stroll. Liz was very friendly and helped with parking. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything you might need. An Easter egg and lemon drizzle cake was waiting for us on our arrival which was a thoughtful touch. Beds were very comfortable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

We had another lovely stay in Donna's apartment. The location is wonderful, being so near to the seafront and local shops. Donna has made some great changes since we last stayed, which we loved and the apartment has kept its lovely feel. We would love to come back.

Pamela is a fantastic host and a lovely person to deal with. Communicative, helpful, and friendly. He place is cozy and comfortable with all of the right amenities.
