This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of downtown Midland. Shelby was an excellent host giving a perfect description for how to locate it since its address and entrance are not on the same street. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures -- no surprises. It is so nice to have a washer and dryer that we could use while there. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cooking pots -- everything was very clean. We would try to book this apartment again when visiting Midland. The only drawback is the stairs to enter the apartment. There is only an outdoor stairway to access it and if the weather had been bad, it would have been more difficult to bring our things in and out.

Very highly recommend. The cosy studio apartment was immaculate and lovingly decorated with many charming and thoughtful touches. Every amenity you could imagine! The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for meal prep. The bathroom includes ample counter space, an excellent shower and even a washer and dryer. The entire space was very comfortable and quiet, which was just what I needed. The host is a very caring and kind lady with excellent communication. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly book again.

This rental was just like the photos. Clean and bright. The only thing I will highlight is that there wasn’t a lot to work with in the kitchen. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, check with Chant for specific kitchen items to see what you need to bring!

The hostz are both awesome, very co-operative, always asking if they can do anything else for us. The place is beautiful, well maintained. Its fooling of a cottage country with luxurious of a city. We enjoyed our stay there. And highly recommend the place.

Natalya and Victor’s place was outstanding for our extended stay of two weeks, this was our second time there and everything was perfect. It was a 1-50 year snow event this year but very responsive to clear snow. They are lovely caring people that love sharing their home. Quiet neighborhood and strongly recommend your stay in Barrie.

Es un lugar súper amplio, súper limpio y Ali fue super amable y flexible con horarios ya que tuve unos problemas con mi vuelo de llegada, agradezco su atención y empatía, la zona es súper bonita y segura, tienes caminando restaurantes y una plaza comercial, estuvo perfecto y la atención de Ali se agradece mucho siempre al momento.

We booked Kathi's place for a volleyball tournament at Durham College/TUO and it was PERFECT. About 1.5km from the gym, lots of everything we needed close by. The house was immaculate. It is very new and everything worked perfectly. The small appliances present were exactly what we needed. The space was well laid out so couples could socialize or have their own space. The number of bathrooms was a massive bonus. Zero issues ever as each couple basically had their own. Kathi's communication is the Platinium Standard for AirBnB. She literally had answers to us within 10 minutes every time, which wasn't often but it was a major help to know she was right there. I would highly recommend her place if you are in the Durham area. It is large, clean, well fitted/laid out, and fresh. She has also priced it fairly and I think in the area she is excellent value for what you receive.

Jason’s Highland House was the perfect home for a family weekend! It was very comfortable with lots of space and special little touches like coffee and condiments. The home is brand new with high end finishes. Jason was extremely responsive and did everything to make the family stay pleasurable.

This is a beautiful home. It is very clean and perfect for anyone. We definitely recommend staying here and would come back again. The owners were extremely responsive to any of our questions.

We have a wonderful time at Sabine's place, which was an ideal space in every way. It was beautiful, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Sabine was very responsive and accommodating. We would gladly go back when we are next at Blue Mountain.

Excellent place by a fantastic host. The place was clean, well located and has everything you would need such as kitchen utensils, games + TV, and plenty of clean quality towels. Ulana and Amir were also very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We had a great stay! The place was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home, and communication with the host was excellent! Everything was easy to find. There was an awful snow storm over the weekend that we stayed, but the place was so cozy and clean, we were happy to stay in and binge watch some Netflix :) I can’t recommend Jennifer Nicole’s place enough!

Shahed's place at Friday Harbour is beautiful and well appointed. He gave very clear instructions for entry and parking, including photos. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed, even extra charging cables for devices! The space was comfortable and uncluttered. Shahed was great at communicating and always responded quickly to any questions. Friday Harbour has activities and restaurants available on weekends in the winter and is a fun engaging place by the harbour in the spring, summer and early fall. We were there in the early part of the week in February so the harbourfront was quiet but still nice for a stroll. We spent time in both Barrie (20 minutes away) and Orillia (about 50 minutes away).

It was the best location in the village, and it was quiet and the sound of the stream was friendly. If you are skiing during the ski season, it would be very convenient because the bottom of the slope and the entrance to the building are in contact. The interior was clean and well-organized. Kadri has a lovely home and was very responsive to any questions we had. Clean place, comfortable bed and furniture and a lovely, cozy atmosphere!
