The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno con due vetrate che danno sul patio, camino, divano letto, bagno con grande doccia e cucina moderna con isola in acciaio, con tre porte finestre per accedere alla zona pranzo esterna con bbq. Il primo piano è composto da due camere matrimoniali ognuna dotata del proprio bagno con doccia. Giardino è moto curato,ci sono vari angoli relax, prendisole è una piscina infinity ad idrolisi

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). Filippo una piccola frazione di Barberino Tavarnelle, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena, a 30 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto di Firenze, a 1 ora da quello di Pisa. Tre camere da letto, due bagni, ampia sala con camino, cucina abitabile e sala da pranzo. Vista magnifica sulle colline da ogni finestra! Splendida piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio, non riscaldata e aperta da Aprile a Ottobre.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.
