We loved our stay at your wonderful place. The reception with drinks at the pool, our dinner with the wonderful flavours of the region including the wine and the icecream with a little extra. The sleeping facilities were great and the breakfast with the freshly made eggs, with your special ingredients, gave us the energy we needed to continue our journey…. We hope to come back!!

Très bel appartement spacieux et autonome, agréable, bien décoré, avec vue sur le château et petit espace extérieur. Place de parking réservée. Nombreux commerces et balades à proximité. Hôte accueillante et réactive.

Prachtige en rustige omgeving om direct vanuit het huis te wandelen en te fietsen. Avallon en Vezelay zijn via mooie landelijke wegen goed te bereiken. Mooie plek om tot rust te komen in de prachtige omgeving.

We spent a week at Annelies’ place in Meursault, a truly charming house. While traditional, the house is beautifully restored with modern amenities. The rooms are large, airy, and well-lit. The kitchen is spacious and functional, and the living rooms, though not large, are inviting. The backyard with its pool offers a great view of beautiful vineyards. We appreciated the good wine and milk waiting for us upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Located just a 10-minute walk from the village center, the house is near a friendly boulangerie, a well-stocked shop, and numerous wineries. Annelies was very flexible, responsive, and really a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this wonderful place for a unique experience.

Un lieu dans une campagne que nous avons adoré. C'est vert, vallonné, calme, plein de champs autour et le hameau est très joli (toutes les maisons sont en pierre). Le logement est très grand et l'on s'y sent comme chez soi ce qui est très agréable et pas toujours le cas dans une location de vacances. La maison étant grande un petit ménage de fond s'imposerait de temps en temps. Dès la sortie de la maison on peut se balader au calme, cueillir des mûres, aller à la rencontre des troupeaux de vaches. Robert est quelqu'un de très accueillant avec qui il est facile d'échanger. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Philippe qui nous a très bien accueilli. Avant notre arrivée, Philippe nous avait préparé un feu de cheminée. De plus, une bouteille de crémant de Bourgogne était au frais. Merci pour ses douces attentions. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et propre : machine à laver, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, guide touristique… Il est au calme, entouré d'une terrasse et d'un grand jardin. La localisation du gite est parfaite pour visiter Avallon, Vézelay, Noyers-sur-Serein, ainsi que les châteaux de Guédelon, Bazoches, Ancy ou de Tanlay. Un gite où l'accueil et le confort sont au rendez-vous. Nous recommandons…

Sylvie est très réactive et très sympathique. Tout était parfait. Une bouteille de vin de bienvenue nous attendait à notre arrivée et c'est une attention très délicate et appréciée. Merci pour tout et pour la dégustation !

My wife and I had a wonderful five night stay in April ‘25 at this well decorated, peaceful and spacious property spread across three floors at the edge of a beautiful village with two great boulangeries, some nice restaurants and canal less than a 5 min away drive away. Ground floor has a huge garage, cellar houses a washer / dryer. First floor has the living room, kitchen, TV room, WC & shower. Kitchen has all the utensils you will need to cook plus some more. Second floor has three bedrooms with a spacious bathroom / WC / bathtub. Comfortable beds, showers have adequate pressure and hot water was fine. Owners controlled the temperature of the heating remotely. Claudine manages the property and was very responsive and helpful. Great location to explore the small villages, wine route, Beaune, Autun and Dijon. Be aware that there are some 15 stone steps to reach the front door on the first floor. Then about 10 wooden steps to the second floor. May be an issue for some with bad knees
