Situato in una zona tranquilla e strategica, ideale sia per lavoro che per vacanza; servita da ristoranti, bar, supermercati e farmacia. Davanti alla casa è presente la fermata del bus per raggiungere il mare di Marina di Ravenna, Punta Marina o qualsiasi zona della città.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Da Aprile a Settembre è presente un gazebo esterno dotato di sedie e tavoli utilizzabile gratuitamente su prenotazione. Sono presenti telecamere di video sorveglianza esterne. E' presente parcheggio interno gratuito. Ai nostri ospiti viene offerto un kit di benvenuto.
