We had an amazing time staying at Nikhil's place. It had quiet and peaceful surroundings, full of nature all around. The rooms were quite spacious and well equipped, with several extra mattresses provided as well along with television with home theatre. There was immense space outside the house as well for relaxing in nature or bonfire etc. Nikhil was an amazing host. He always helped us whenever we had any issues/queries regarding our trip. He even designed an itinerary for us. Highly recommended!

it was an amazing stay. very comfortable. majority of the places to visit were around 1 to 2 km from here... very well located... A special mention to manu the care taker who was quite reponsive... the flat was very tidy and loved our stay

I looked this place up for an outing with my doggo and my sister and this place turned out to be great vacation home. As it is a new layout, it's little to the outskirts of Mysore but easily accessible even for food delivery. It was well compounded like I wanted for my dog. There's one huge bedroom and extra mattresses too for extra people to crash in. The atmosphere is peaceful with a well maintained garden and the surrounding is serene with birds chirping around. Vijendra was a great host to coordinate with us starting from arrival till we left with a filled heart. Will definitely visit again as it is one of the beautiful spaces in Mysore.

The place was excellent and we loved our stay. The hosts were both responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to make dinner for us even though it was late. They recommended places to visit and made awesome breakfast. The place itself is huge and well done. We enjoyed our stay and totally recommend you book it for your getaway.

The place is surrounded by lush green coffee estate. if you prefer a stay free from noise and enjoy the calmness and wilderness of the surrounding then this place is perfect. special mention about the breakfast which was prepared by cheetan mom. If you appreciate tranquility, natural beauty, and a homely touch, this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge amidst nature!

Balajraju's stay is at an excellent location, walking distance from Mylari and Mysore palace. Has good veg and non veg restaurants on both sides. It was also very clean and the caretaker was helpful.

Right from booking, Harinath sir was following up about the visit, was helpful for any queries. Check in was smooth, the property felt like home. It is located in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. Ideal for family stay. He has setup everything that anyone would do for their own home. Internet speed is very good making it WFH friendly. All appliances are at good condition. We were surprised to see kitchen with a proper LPG stove setup. It is a big plus for anyone planning to cook. Would recommend this property for anyone who would like enjoy homely ambiance with reasonable price.

My wife, son and I had a fantastic stay at Preetham's Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. Had a great experience during the stay. The property was clean, peaceful, and exactly as shown in the listing. The environment was quiet and perfect for relaxing. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever needed. One small suggestion would be to add a few more utensils in the kitchen to make cooking easier. We had a pleasant stay at the apartment – it's spacious and well-suited for families. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, which made our stay very convenient. A special mention to our host, Guru Kiran – he was extremely kind and helpful, especially when our car got stuck in the parking area. He went out of his way to assist us, and we really appreciated that. The only downside was the housekeeping – it could have been much better. The house wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival, so I’d suggest improving that aspect for future guests.

The place was very clean and accessible, we were 4 people and the rooms and bed were comfortable to stay in. Has a working TV with OTT platforms, which was good enough for some leisure time. Definitely worth the price

It’s was an amazing experience staying in this property it’s a huge space that can accommodate more then 6people and our children’s loved the pool, over all a must visit with family or friends

Nice and friendly Host , Neat and clean surroundings , Peaceful area , Morning walks and night strolls are good to experience here in the vicinity. apartment was neat and clean and spacious.

I and my wife with a infant stayed here for one day. Place matches description and very neat and clean. The care taker ashok is very nice guy he is very helpful and always be there to assist for anything we need. Price is bit more comparing to other stays in Mysuru. I stayed similar stays in mysuru for almost half of the price i payed for this. May be its worth if we have more than 2 persons or staying with at least 2 families.
