Logement conforme à la description, idéalement situé par rapport à la plage (accès assez direct par un long escalier, pour descendre par une rampe il faut marcher un peu plus), à un bon petit restaurant (très abordable qui propose d'excellents fruits de mer), à des petits commerces dont une boulangerie. Donc nous conseillons certainement. Seul point d'attention il n'y a qu'une salle de bain avec douche mais deux toilettes. Donc si vous êtes nombreux, il faut s'organiser le matin pour la douche.

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

Une décoration très charmante sur le thème de la mer, avec des couleurs chaudes qui rendent l’atmosphère accueillante. On s’y sent vraiment bien ! L’appartement est impeccablement propre, avec tous les conforts nécessaires. Très bien situé, proche du centre tout en étant calme. Parfaitement équipé, avec un sèche-linge très pratique, une cuisine fonctionnelle et un grand placard dans la chambre. Un grand merci à Albane pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et ses précieux conseils. Un séjour agréable et confortable, je recommande vivement !

Deuxième fois que nous retournons dans cet appartement et probablement PAS la dernière 🤩 le logement est super bien situé et correspond a la description ! L’hôte est super réactif et sympa :) l’arrivée et le départ se font en toute autonomie et super facilement ! Il y a plein de pleine de jeux pour enfants juste en face de l’appartement et la vue est magnifique ! Bref de nouveau un séjour parfait ! Je recommande +++

Ce logement est idéalement placé dans le village. Il est bien équipé, très bien exposé et adapté pour un couple. Tout y est pour que le séjour soit agréable. N'ayez pas peur des parties communes, une fois la porte passée vous êtes réellement dans un petit cocon.

This was a fantastic stay at a wonderful modern flat that overlooks a quieter bay and beach on the nicer side of Margate nearer to the royal esplanade. The area feels well kept and safe. The place was spotlessly clean thanks to the brilliant check in guys, who even let us in earlier than check in and let us leave items in the fridge ahead of the formal check in time. The instructions for the flat were clear and entirely fair given this may not just be used as a rental but also for the host to use or live in themselves. The benefit of this dynamic is that the flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen. As a keen cook, I was very happy to see I had what I needed to make anything I wanted, all utensils you’d expect to have at home! His handbook had good recommendations, it’s near fantastic fish restaurants Angela’s and Sargossa which in my view are just visits for any foodie Top guy, top flat, great location - overall marvellous margs See you again soon!

Petit mais fonctionnel et idéalement situé. Aurélie nous a accueilli en personne ce qui est tres agréable. A votre disposition un classeur complet de recommendations, adresses, visites à faire, restaurants, numéros utiles… La terrasse/jardin est ensoleillé et agréable, la vue de la chambre parentale bien dégagée et on aperçoit même la mer! Le coin repas dans la cuisine est un peu exiguë pour 3 adultes mais la cuisine est bien équipée ainsi que le reste du logement. Un endroit idéal pour un cours séjour au coeur de Mers -les-Bains.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Absolutely lovely stay at this lovely property. Mark was always very quick to respond and very helpful. The house is feels homely so it’s easy to settle in quickly. Great location and lovely views. Would highly recommend!

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

Nous avons passé deux nuits durant les cerfs volants 2025. L'appartement est propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Il est conforme aux photos. Le prix est raisonnable au vu des autres prix durant cette période. Je recommande ce logement. 👍 Juste un petit bémol sur le 'coucou' dans le salon qui fait 'coucou' très tôt le matin et qui réveil toutes les heures si on a le sommeil léger dans le salon.

merci André de nous avoir permis de passer un très chouette séjour dans la région, le logement est vraiment très bien décoré et très cosy, on se sent vraiment très bien et on a bien profité ! petit bémol si il faut dire quelque chose, il manque une grande casserole dans le matériel de cuisine, et la taille de l'évier ne permet pas d'envisager de la grande cuisine même pour deux personnes. mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre très chouette séjour. nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! on recommande

Appartement: Gezellig appartement op gelijkvloers en prive parking. Alles wat je nodig hebt op vakantie is aanwezig. Het is rustig gelegen en er is geen hinder van de buren. Op wandelafstand van de zee. Gastheer: Crhistian is een zeer vriendelijke man die zijn uiterste best doet om alles in orde te brengen voor zijn gasten. Hij stelt zicht zeer flexibel op en is tegelijk zeer stipt bij het maken en opvolgen van afspraken. Concreet: Wij komen hier nog terug! Super!

Un logement agréable, cependant vous n'avez pas accès à la terrasse. Un ravalement de façade en cours ne vous permet pas d'avoir la vue escomptée.

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants.
