Unsere familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer, im Ortsteil Stara Novalja. Es handelt sich um eine doppelstöckige Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen zur Meerseite gerichtet. Badestrände findet man direkt vor der Wohnung. Es handelt sich um eine ruhiges familienfreundliches Gebäude, die Unterkunft ist keineswegs für Partygäste!

Nautilus Apartment | 10 Min bis Stadtzentrum

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Novalja. Das Stadt Zentrum und die Riviera sind gerade mal 9 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Apartment befinden sich diverse Bars und Restaurants sowie Lebensmittel Märkte. Der bekannte Party Strand "Zrce" ist mit dem Auto in 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf dem Bild mit der Karte von Novalja (der Straße Močišćak) ist mit blau die Straße markiert die zum Parkplatz führt. Da das Haus ist von beiden Seiten befahrbar.

The apartment is situated in small place Stara Novalja , with a few restorants , coffee bars ,one bakery and grossery shop. Very suitable for family with children. .There is 5 km long lungomare , very pleasant for jogging and walking.Very peacefull , friendly,safe environment and quiet neighbourhood.

The Apartment is situated in the quiet/peaceful part of Novalja. Two beaches are only half a minute away, one paved with concrete, the other one pebbly on the shore and sandy under the water, suitable for families with small children. A beautiful yard and lots of greenery surround the apartment. The guests have a secured parking space as well. If preferable, one can also walk the pedestrian path, leading all the way from the apartment to the centre of Novalja.
