Unsere familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer, im Ortsteil Stara Novalja. Es handelt sich um eine doppelstöckige Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen zur Meerseite gerichtet. Badestrände findet man direkt vor der Wohnung. Es handelt sich um eine ruhiges familienfreundliches Gebäude, die Unterkunft ist keineswegs für Partygäste!

Nautilus Apartment | 10 Min bis Stadtzentrum

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Novalja. Das Stadt Zentrum und die Riviera sind gerade mal 9 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Apartment befinden sich diverse Bars und Restaurants sowie Lebensmittel Märkte. Der bekannte Party Strand "Zrce" ist mit dem Auto in 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf dem Bild mit der Karte von Novalja (der Straße Močišćak) ist mit blau die Straße markiert die zum Parkplatz führt. Da das Haus ist von beiden Seiten befahrbar.

New, quiet and comfortable two bedrooms apartment with 2 balconies in condominium situated next to the beach . From the garden there is direct approach to the beach. The apartment is situated in small place Stara Novalja , with a few restorants , coffee bars ,one bakery and grossery shop. Very suitable for family with children. .There is 5 km long lungomare , very pleasant for jogging and walking.Very peacefull , friendly,safe environment and quiet neighbourhood.

A beautiful, modern apartment located only 200m walking distance from the city center and only 5 minutes to Zrće beach by car. Terrace with a beautiful view and barbecue is there for your every need, just as fully equipped kitchen, 3 air conditioning units, TV, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (+ one couch), so it's suitable for 8 people. Parking is free for up to 3 cars, and you'll have a separate entrance (1st floor), while hosts live in the ground floor. Welcome! :)

Green Garden Apartment Novalja

The Apartment is situated in the quiet/peaceful part of Novalja. Two beaches are only half a minute away, one paved with concrete, the other one pebbly on the shore and sandy under the water, suitable for families with small children. A beautiful yard and lots of greenery surround the apartment. The guests have a secured parking space as well. If preferable, one can also walk the pedestrian path, leading all the way from the apartment to the centre of Novalja.

Die immergrüne Insel Olib liegt zwischen Zadar und Losinj. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist sehr hell. Ausgestattet mit Vorraum, Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC und mit einem Wohnraum mit vollwertigem Doppelbett zum ausziehen, Küche, Essplatz und Sitzgelegenheit. Vor dem Haus ist ein kleiner Garten mit Sitz- und Grillmöglichkeit und am Dach eine 100m² große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über die Inselwelt und das Meer.

Aurora is a brand new redecorated cozy apartment, it contains everything you might need for a great vacation. Just two hundred meters away from well known Babe beach and main promenade which leads you to the city center on the east. A coffee bar and a restaurant are a few steps away from apartment. The City bus station Samorašnji put is a few meters away from the apartment, from where the bus will take you to the famous party beach Zrće!
