During the 2026 renovation, only natural elements were used: the bathroom features hard, waterproof Soleto stone; the floors are made of Lecce stone, known as "chianca," a tuff stone with warm hues; the roof and window frames are made of wood; and the walls are whitewashed with natural lime, in true Salento tradition.

The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
