Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. Nahe dem Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Minuten von den Strandbädern Neusiedl & Weiden (5 Min Auto, 30 Min zu Fuß) - ist diese verträumte Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele des nördlichen Burgenlands. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Sous-terrain des Hauses (angenehm kühl im Sommer). Die Vermieterin wohnt im Obergeschoss. Ein separater Eingang, Bad im SZ, WC, eigene Küche mit Grundausstattung für gemütliche Kochabende und viele Nischen im Garten, laden zum ungestörten Verweilen ein.

Ausflüge in die Römerstadt Carnuntum, nach Bratislava und in die nahen Marchfeldschlösser via Rad oder per Schiff sind vor allem in den Sommermonaten sehr zu empfehlen. Oder Sie genießen nur die Ruhe der Natur bei romantischen Sonnenuntergängen und lassen die Seele baumeln.

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt in Weiden am Neusiedler See. Der Strand ist ca. 1km entfernt und mit Auto bzw. Rad leicht erreichbar. Radverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
