Kohde sopii parhaiten Lapin luonnon, historian ja hiljaisuuden ystävälle, joka ei pelkää talvella pimeää eikä kesällä sääskiä. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

Villa Uuttu sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Soutajan alueella aivan Pyhätunturin läheisyydessä. Mökki sopii hyvin suurperheelle, kahdelle perheelle tai vaikkapa kaveri/työporukalle. Mökissä on 100M valokuituyhteys, wlan ja työpiste, joten etätyöskentelykin onnistuu loistavasti. Mökki sijaitsee aivan hiihto-, vaellus- ja pyöräilyreittien ja Pyhäjärven läheisyydessä. Mökissä on neljä makuuhuonetta, joissa sängyt kahdeksalle. Alakerran toiseen makuuhuoneeseen kuljetaan toisen makuuhuoneen kautta.

Minikeittiössä keittolevy, mikro, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja astiat (lasit, mukit, lautaset, kahvipressot ruokailuvälineet jne.). Vieressä olevalla rantasaunalla suihkut. Kompostoiva puucee. Sauna on puulämmitteinen. Opastamme tarvittaessa saunan lämmityksessä. Käytössä kesällä ja alkusyksystä.

Perfect location for outdoor activities all seasons. 4km to ski resort and services. 300m to XC ski tracks. We provide basic essentials, such as, soap, toilet paper, blankets and pillows. AirBnB pricing includes one cleaning service upon check out and bed sheet and towel set for each. You do not need to bring them please.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Kansallispuiston reitit, ladut ja laskettelukeskus ovat välittömässä läheisyydessä. Etäisyys Rovaniemelle ja Santavillageen 130 km. Rovaniemeltä on bussiyhteys Pyhätynturiin.

During summer, you can fish in the river, choose from multiple hiking trails and enjoy midnight sun.

Welcome to the middle of nature to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a log cabin. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
